Appartement cossu au calme sur les collines de La Spezia à l'air de petit village, proche de Porto Venere . Une jolie vue sur le port de La Spezia. Pratique pour rejoindre les 5 Terres en train. Logement bien equipé. Bonne disponibilité de l'hôte présente à notre arrivée. Elle a pris le temps de nous donner plein d'informations touristiques.
Décoration un peu vétuste mais qui ne dérange en rien.

Posizione abbastanza comoda al centro di La Spezia, appartamento ampio con una terrazza vista mare (porto di La Spezia) a dir poco favolosa. Proprietaria super gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per la visita alle 5 Terre e zone limitrofe

Es ist eine große Wohnung, das Wohnzimmer und Balkon ist groß. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Internet funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Die Aussicht ist gut, man kann auf den Hafen von La Spezia sehen. Der Sonnenaufgang ist ebenfalls gut zu sehen.
Ohne Auto kommt man leider nur schwer von der Wohnung weg (für uns kein Problem, weil wir mit dem Auto da waren).

Liked that there were big balcony and view to the sea and mountains.
There were brown marmorated stink bugs. Air in the house felt oldish. Kitchen sponge were stinky, should be changed. Old dishes. Bidet did not work and bath tap were flowing.
