Elena was a great host. We missed the train that we were going to take, therefore we arrived after the check in hour. I sent a message to Elena and she told us there was no problem. She and her daughter were so kind and helpful. There was a welcome breakfast for the following day, and water, milk and cold tea bottles in the fridge. The apartment was nicer than the pictures, and the beds were so comfy, we slept so well. It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. If you are going to La Spezia and you are looking for a place to stay, Casa Gioia is THE place.

Appartamento situato in una palazzina nel centro di La Spezia, comodo a tutti i servizi e alle principali attrazioni della città.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’ambiente è moderno, nuovo, ben attrezzato e soprattutto molto pulito. Fin dal primo momento ci si sente come a casa.
Elena è un’host eccezionale: cordiale, accogliente, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza. La sua gentilezza fa davvero la differenza.
Siamo rimasti colpiti sia dall’appartamento che dalla città. Sicuramente non sarà un addio, ma un arrivederci!
