Our host was amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us the property. She went above and beyond to show us areas of interest in La Spezia, Cinque Terre, and other surrounding towns. We would definitely book here again!

We had the quadruple occupancy room at the top floor with a private bathroom and an absolutely stunning view on the gulf. Daniela was a very friendly and caring host, ensuring we had a very pleasant stay in every respect. Free parking in a very quiet street was a bonus.

The owner, Daniela, was so nice and helpful. Such a lovely host, kind and very friendly. The upstairs apartment was very spacious with a partitioned large bedroom and a twin bed in the common room. Huge bathroom. The shower is a wand in the bathtub with no curtain. For people with diminished mobility, taking a shower is a little tricky to prevent water all over the bathroom. Amazing view of La Spezia on the patio with a table and chairs. Parking is on the street and getting there is a little bit of a challenge, but the view is spectacular.

That is the only drawback to this location, but I knew that when I booked so it wasn't a surprise. Also the La Spezia taxi service runs 24 hrs a day and all you have to do is call and they are pretty prompt. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for some peace and quiet and either have a car or are willing to pay for a taxi (La Spezia is one of the most expensive taxi locations in Italy). Prices are metered and it generally cost anywhere between 10 - 20 Euros each trip... something to keep in mind

I only stayed there with my wife and two kids for one night to go to Cinque Terre the following day. I would stay there again. The owner waited for us until midnight for the check in she was very kind and gave us some recommendations for our day in Cinque Terre. Breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant, very basic only coffee and croissants.
