About this apartment rental
We are Alessandro, Sonia and Giulia and we are happy to welcome you to our home. A cà da Susi is an apartment with 200 square meters of private garden, parking below and a splendid panoramic view of the city, the seafront and the Apennines, to which you can admire splendid sunrises and the red of sunsets. The house with independent entrance is complete with everything you need to make you feel at home and in complete relaxation. It has a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen complete with a dining table, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge, a kettle and everything you need to be able to cook freely, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. The garden will allow you to live in complete freedom your relaxation and to have dinner at the singing of crickets and cicadas and to be able to enjoy the barbecue in order to cook tasty grills. A hundred meters from the apartment there is a small playground for children, a supermarket and a delicious pizzeria restaurant with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. In the equipment of the house there will always be bed linens, bath linens, soaps and a hair dryer for personal care and household cleaning products. We have a travel cot for the little ones and a high chair for baby food.

The apartment was comfortable and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful! The apartment is not right next to Old Town La Spezia, but the old town is easily accessible via car or bus in about 10-15 minutes. We liked how quiet it was, and that it had a magnificent view of La Spezia! Absolutely beautiful.
