The owner was very nice, he explained to us the trip to cinque terre and all about the public transport. The apartment was very clean and it had all for cooking that we needed. The bathroom was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and big enough for three women.

The buses to the apartment are working only until 20.30 and it's a 30min walk to central station in La Spezia.

The Apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The couple was very lovely too and if we needed something they helped us. We had beautiful days and would definitely come again.

We had had a great stay! Giovanni is very friendly and more than willing to help but not on a pushy way. Everything you need is in the house from paper towels till waslotion. The house is clean and there is enough privacy to relax in the garden. There is a bakery within a 5 minute walk. If you like to run / walk there is a path around the city center you can reach within a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet comparing to the city center. Within a 20-25 minute walk you are in the old town. Il settimo cielo is a nice place to eat, with a beautiful view on the harbour.

Le lieu trés calme à proximité du centre ville. L’accueil et a gentillesse de notre hôte ainsi que de ses parents. Tout était parfait.

Absolument tous 👌💯❤️. Ce n'est pas notre première expérience en Airbnb mais c'est à 100% la meilleur de toutes en tous points 😁🌈. De l'arrivée au départ ce fut exceptionnel , une arrivée facile grâce aux échanges fait avant , depuis la spezia gare vous avez deux façon de rejoindre le logement soit avec le bus soit à pieds en 30 min dont une partie longe le magnifique centre de la spezia , l' autre suit tout un ravel finissant dans un parc avant d'arriver il a une pente assez raide mais nous sommes fumeurs et ça c'est bien passé 😅 , il y a une libraire/pizzeria au coin de cette rue où vous pouvez également acheter les tickets de bus pour portovenere immanquable sous les recommandations de notre hôte et validé à 100% petit plus l'arrêt est située juste en dessous du pont en enface et aménagé pour les piétons. Nous avons été accueillit part le merveilleux papa et nous n'avons manquer de rien pendant notre séjour c'est totalement identique à la description le petit plus , il était du sympathie et d'une générosité extraordinaire ! Il parle très bien anglais mais nous vraiment les petites bases alors que monsieur parle un français très correct , seule langue que nous praticons couramment et les échanges ont tous été précieux. L'endroit est extraordinaire, le vrai plus , c'est l'échange humain et le calme de l'endroit après des journées plus que remplies , ont se sent vraiment chez comme chez sois 🩷

Agréable, propre, accueillant.

L’hôte a été très agréable, la communication était parfaite. Il nous a fait de belles recommandations. Le logement était propre, et nous avions tout ce qu’il nous fallait.

Les photos montrent une vue sur l’eau, que nous n’avions pas du tout. Peut-être que du logement à l’étage c’est plus réaliste, mais pas de celui qu’on a loué.
