A big apartment with parking in LaSpecia

The apartment was clean and well equipped, with real flowers on the balcony (we watered them :) ). There were some really nice furniture in the rooms, and it has a free closed parking. The temperature is good despite it has no climatisation: you can open the windows at nigth, and close during the day. Groceries: one is not too far (cca 500m). A pizzeria and a bar in the neighbour, a restaurant is near. Some bakery is in the street. The host was kind, we communicated with her over translation, but it worked well! Extraordinary: as we had a rany day, she offered us plus one day for free!

All was OK for us. Just for consideration: a local bus stop is under one of the balcony (not a big issue anyway).

Grace is a lovely host, very kind and thoughtful. She has created a beautiful atmosphere in the apartment with great creativity, it is a very relaxing place to spend time. We had a lovely time. It is a bit of a walk out of the town centre, about 15 minutes from the station, but the neighbourhood is a very friendly one, we would recommend the shop next door for cornetti in the morning and they also sell wine and coffee.

Great and cozy place to stay

It was very cozy, clean, in good location to explore Cinque Terre, 20min walk to trail station, well equipped with everything you need for stay and even more, vey friendly owner. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Exceptional

The host was so friendly and helpful and had maps and pamphlets and information for us. It was decorated in a really fun way and we felt like we were definitely on vacation. There were toys for the children to play with which was so thoughtful. We appreciated that there were fans in each bedroom, and that the location is at a bus stop for easy access. There are restaurants very close too!

We loved everything about the property and the host, but did feel that it was a little far from the main station, as we had a short stay and were mostly not at the property (it is a short ride from the train station, but the bus was not that reliable during our stay). That said, we enjoyed staying here and would absolutely come again and recommend to others!

Grazia the host only speaks Italian, but she’s so friendly and she tells us all the must sees and dos during our stay at La Spezia. It was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had!

The bed in the second bedroom is very bouncy. Too bouncy for my liking.

Feels like home

The host was very friendly and gave us many tips to get to now La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The apartment is beautiful decorated and have everything you need to cook, to wash you clothes, and to relax! It's 15 min walking to the center and you have a bus right in front of the apartment. La Spezia it's a calm place with amazing food!

Logement spacieux, joliment décoré, quartier calme L'arrêt de bus est juste en face de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, idéal pour se rendre à la gare centrale Notre hôte nous a donné de bonnes informations concernant les endroits à visiter avec des plans détaillés Petites attentions de la part de notre hôte

Parfait à 300%

Tout était parfait. Grazia est aux petits soins pour accueillir les locataires. L'appartement est impeccable, parfaitement équipé. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants, tout est propre et délicatement présenté.

Ein sehr toller Empfang. Die Dame hat uns ausgiebig alles erklärt und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr speziell für mich etwas zu viel Kitsch.

Am Abend ist der Weg von la Spezia zur Wohnung doch etwas mühsam
