Casa graziosa, pulita e molto spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort. Letti molto comodi. Recensioni positive meritatissime e confermate.

La posizione non è il massimo ma non dipende dall'alloggio. Peccato per l'umidità dei muri che rendevano l'ambiente un po' freddo e l'aria un po' "pesante".

The property was exactly what we needed for the weekend! Stayed there to day trip to and from Riomaggiore and Monterosso but ended up finding a few great spots to eat in La Spezia! I will say it was a further walk than we expected from the train station and from the harbor/central part of La Spezia, but it was definitely doable. Hosts provided a booklet on navigating metro and trains as well. Our electricity did go out at one point because we reached maximum electric capacity, but the host came and fixed it within 10 minutes! Overall great experience and the hosts were extremely accommodating and the house itself was very cozy, clean, and we all slept great!

Well quipped kitchen with food for the first morning and a welcome Prosecco. Nice and helpful, welcoming Host. Clean washing machine and dryer available. Good WiFi. Cosy sitting area in the small garden next to the street. Fly screen in front of all windows. Air conditioning in the bedroom.

Partly old disintegrating furniture, one garden chair was very wobbely, drawers falling apart. Only one very scratched pan. Low water pressure in the first bathroom, WC needed to be pressed several time before it flushed. Musty second bathroom without window or built-in ventilation.
