Nice place to stay

Very clean. The owner was very nice, he even left for us a prosecco as welcoming drink. Not so far to train station, to visit Cinque terre, we walked from apartment to station on foot.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé. Propre et spacieux. Une terrasse très agréable. Idéalement situé pour visiter les Cinqueterre. Hôte très sympathique et disponible.

Visite des 5 terres très agréable et sans contraintes. Séjour à renouveler.

Logement spacieux et très propre à proximité de la gare (20 mn à pied) et des restaurants (10 à 15 mn à pied). Parking public gratuit au bas du logement.

Des vacances extra sous le ☀️ ,car le logement est à 15 minutes de la gare pour les 5 Terres ,idem pour le centre ville de la Spezia .ville très sympa . Très jolie déco, très propre, une terrasse sympa,des restaurants excellents à proximité à moitié prix par rapport au centre ville. Et bonne bouteille à notre arrivée. Super fijn verblijf op enige afstand van centrum met superfijne gastheer.

Ruim modern appartement met ruime slaapkamer, grote kledingkasten , kluis en airco. Ruime keuken met espresso apparaat en wat basisproducten als koffie, thee suiker, olie etc. Klein buitenverblijf. Makkelijk parkeren in de buurt. Bakker en soort kruidenier op 5 minuten lopen. Hele attente gastheer die snel reageert.

Geen onverwachte zaken. Geen woonkamer, afstand (15-25 minuten) naar centrum en supermarkt was vooraf bekend. Prima te doen, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

Magnifique appartement

Superbe appartement, très bien décoré, spacieux, très propre, calme, hôte disponible. La clim est très efficace et presque silencieuse. 0n a pu aller à la gare à pied sans problème. Attention en août il est difficile de trouver de la place sur le parking en bas de l'appartement le soir, ça nous a coûté un PV !

Le réglage de la température de l'eau de la douche qui est difficile à maintenir

Superbe appartement à La Spezia.

L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il y a un parking à proximité. C'est très propre et calme, il y a un petit extérieur bien agréable pour prendre ses repas. L'hôte est vraiment super gentil, prompt à répondre et très serviable même si nous n'avons eu que des contacts par message. Il y avait une farde avec des numéros utiles et quelques bonnes adresses pour une boulangerie ou une pizza. Bien utile quand on n'a pas trop envie de chercher.

Le seul petit bémol c'est que pour accéder à l'appartement il y a quelques marches ce qui n'est pas évident avec les valises mais c'est un détail. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir .

Top appartement

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in dit mooie en ruime appartement. Alles was netjes, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. De ligging is ideaal: op slechts vijf minuten loopafstand vind je een bakkerij voor verse broodjes en een kiosk waar je bustickets kunt kopen. De bushalte ligt onderaan de straat, met directe verbindingen naar Portovenere en La Spezia, superhandig! Naar het centrum van La Spezia en het treinstation is het ongeveer 20 à 30 minuten lopen, wat goed te doen is. Ook het contact met de host verliep snel en prettig, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Kortom, een fijne uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen. Aanrader!

Er was geen supermarkt in de directe omgeving. Maar als je dat weet, stop je onderweg met de auto even bij een supermarkt.

Klare Kommunikation per Whatsapp mit dem Host. Check in/ check out einfach & vertrauensvoll. Appartment sauber ,relativ neu, voll ausgestattet. Keine Parkplatzprobleme.

Weg in das centro storico und Hafen fußläufig ca. 30 min. (Rentner) Eingebettet in einen multikulturellen Vorort mit Hinterhofzugang. Erfordert ein hohes Maß an Toleranz. Fußballstadion anbei.

Schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und Balkon. Alles da was man braucht. Etwas außerhalb, bis zum Bahnhof etwa 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß. Ruhige Gegend. Das Auto kann auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz unterhalb der Wohnung abgestellt werden. Kommunikation vor der Anreise über WhatsApp. Wir haben den Schlüsselkasten nicht aufgekommen, Antonio war innerhalb 20 Minuten vor Ort. Danke nochmals

Bellissimo appartamento in posizione strategica

Appartamento molto pulito, accogliente, con stanze ampie e ben arredate. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, cucina attrezzatissima, con microonde, lavastoviglie, set di pentole e padelle, piatti, tazze e persino calici. Super! Inoltre gode di un parcheggio pubblico proprio davanti alla casa. Noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina lì per tutto il soggiorno e abbiamo girato le zone circostanti (portovenere e cinque terre) con il treno o i mezzi pubblici. Dista solo 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione e dal centro di La Spezia. Appartamento consigliatissimo!

Un bon séjour chez Antonio !

Confort, surface, équipements. Emplacement pas trop loin du centre et stationnement gratuit et assez simple à proximité de l'appartement. Accueil et échanges avec le propriétaire. Une bouteille de vin pour notre arrivée et une petite bouteille d'eau à chacun.

Wc intégré à la salle de bain, ce qui est problématique pour la gestion du quotidien à quatre ou plus... Une deuxième clé serait appréciable.
