Avoid this place

The view.

Mold on walls and moldy odor in room. If it says Breakfast Not Included- you expect that there is AN OPTION for breakfast which you can pay for. If there is no breakfast at all it should say Breakfast NOT AVAILABLE . There isn’t any option there to go out and get something to eat- you are at the end of a VERY winding dark road. Neglected apartment (as seen in torn wall paper in clothes closet, clogged shower head). Dark unlit stairs leading from bedroom to bathroom (very dangerous at nighttime visits to bathroom). Utensils (including dishes, glasses) were lacking. No wine glasses! In Italy?! There is an oven. Except you can’t open it, because the oven door gets stuck by the wall next to it. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable and disappointed. Totally over priced.

Health and safety. Lack of hand rails in and out. Arrived as agreed host unfriendly took us to door never saw anybody again. No change of linen unclean woodworm in furniture I could go on

House is divided into many small apartments, so in a nutshell there is not so much space. In my opinion apartment we got was way too small for 4 adults and 2 kids. Also not so much privacy. Its quite busy place when all apartments are rented. There was dishwasher but no capsules. I would suggest that some paper towel and dishwasher capsules would really help us to keep the apartment clean.

Fabulous views of La Spezia

Quiet with a great view. Comfortable bed and good heating system. Plenty of parking. Rustic feel. Good water pressure in shower. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Poorly supplied - lacked some basics like plenty of toilet rolls, salt and pepper, oil, extra rubbish bags etc. A microwave would have been appreciated. Shower was small - a tight squeeze if you are a larger person.

We would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Access ability - good This accomodation was excellent. The room was spacious with sweeping views over the mountains of La Spezia. Parking is included on the property. The kitchenette was appropriately supplied and all needs were met.

There were plenty of places to sit and eat, although the apartment next to us had a table directly below our bathroom window. It was awkward.

Beautiful quiet location with amazing view and a good base to explore the area.

Charming old house sitting among olive groves with an amazing view of the port and la Spezia. Good if you have a dog. Paolo was helpful and friendly when we had a question.

The house is split into 4 apartments, ours was a shade on the small side. It was hot during our stay, there are fans provided but not wanting to let mosquitoes in we kept the place closed up which meant it felt a bit stuffy. Make sure you have your check in details from the owner before you arrive as there is no concierge service as such.

Paolo is a very accommodating host.

The view is exceptional and the location convenient.

The kitchen would benefit from a microwave although it may be difficult to fit in. The bedroom is separated from another apartment by a door and any noise from neighbours is clearly audible.

Exceptional

The view is amazing. You can see the sunrise from the bed. In the night you can stay outside drinking wine and listen the quiet of the city admiring the lights of the golf.

We didn't find neither a bottle of water at the location. We arrived in the night when all shops were closed and we had to wait until the second day to drink water. The location is a bit far from the central station so if you are coming by the train in La Spezia the cost with the taxi (25 euro each time) is a bit expensive. If you are coming by car, probably is dreamily.

Wonderful stay in the middle of nature.

The view, the friendly people, the superb service (we had some ants running around, within an hour someone came to help out, perfect!) The house is simple but clean and complete.

The beds are pretty hard. I suggested to the contactperson to buy toppers so people can turn the beds into their liking.

Great location but too many mosquitos!

The location is amazing, basically you share a villa with other people where you have bbq and other facilities at your disposal. Also the view is great. The staff tried to help and was nice.

Too many mosquitos! Literally. We had to leave the night earlier because we couldn’t sleep the previous night. There is no air co, so you need the window open, which means you will became dinner for dozens of mosquitos. I think a simple mosquitos net in the window could solve the problem.

L'agriturismo è in una posizione fantastica, silenziosa immerso nel verde ma vicinissimo a la spezia e riomaggiore. L'appartamento arredato molto bene. Nel giardino c'è la possibilità di riposarsi e di fare bbq. Il parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo alla struttura. Fantastico

Buona posizione se muniti di auto, bel casale, servizi al minimo, no Wifi, nessuna accoglienza.

Posizione buona se muniti di auto propria, ok parcheggio, bella visuale sul porto.

WIFI assente e copertura rete cellulare molto scarsa. Arredamento al minimo di legge. Il gestore no si è fatto mai vedere, non risponde al telefono, comunica solo con WhatsApp e non risolve i problemi.
