Very comfortable. Reserved parking on site. Easy to pick up keys. Staff very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations,

No coffee. Lilly coffee can was empty. No place close to get coffee in the morning. No elevator but apartment was on 1st floor (not ground floor) so just two flights of stairs.

Wonderful

Everything was perfect: the apartment, the owner, check-in and check-out process, parking, location. Quite, cosy and comfortable. 2 bathrooms are especially convenient for 4 people stay.

Acierto en Cinque Terre

El apartamento está reformado ,ya que el edificio es antiguo . Muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Lo mejor es que tiene parking privado , ya que si vas con coche es algo esencial ,porque no puedes aparcar en ningún sitio . El anfitrión nos dio buenas recomendaciones que nos ayudaron a conocer una zona ,no tan masificada y con el mismo encanto que los famosos pueblos de Cinque Terre.

No tiene ascensor , salvable porque era un primero.

Très bel appartement.

Logement top, propre, très grand avec une petite place de parking. Très bien insonorisé : on entend très peu les bruits extérieurs, situé dans une impasse. Andrea qui parle un peu français et qui prend de nos nouvelles via WhatsApp au fur et à mesure du séjour.

Un peu éloigné de la gare, comptez 25 minutes de marche. Manque un micro-ondes et quelques ustensiles de vaisselles, mais rien de bien embêtant.

Prachtig ruim apparrtement en ideale uitvalsbasis voor Cinque Terre

Heerlijk ruim appartement in een rustig deel van La Spezia. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig Ontvangst was op andere plek, maar zeer hartelijk en de eigenaar zorgde ook voor informatie via de app. Goed verblijf om de Cinque Terre te ontdekken

Appartement très agréable à La Spezia

Très joli appartement très propre très fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir 2 salles de bain. Appartement au calme dans une impasse.

L'appartement est un peu loin de la gare 30mn à pied et du port mais l'arrêt de bus est juste à côté donc nous avons pris le bus !

C’est un appartement que l’on recommande pour visiter les cinque terre

On a aimé le confort avec une excellente literie, le calme, la propreté et la proximité avec la gare ( 20 mn de marche), le wifi et la place de parking ; excellent rapport qualité prix

Il manque quelques équipements : grille pain , une cafetière plus grande , quelques éléments de cuisine de base ( poivre, café et thé) et des verres à vin et quelques serviettes en papier

Bel appartement confortable et agréable . Très satisfaite de notre séjour .

Appartement avec 2 salles de bain, très propre et spacieux. Très bien décoré ( plantes ). L'hôte est très très aimable et donne beaucoup d'informations. L'appartement est à 20 mn à pied de la gare et 40 mn du centre ville et de la marina. Place de parking réservée pour le logement.

Axe d'amélioration, une cafetière un peu plus grande, et une petite casserole ( pour chauffer le lait du petit déjeuner )et d'avantage de petites cuillères . Bref, des broutilles .
