Not quite the comfort we expected

Nice and clean apartment, in a quiet and green area.

We didn't have hot water in the evening, at least not enough to shower 4 persons. You need to take very short showers (2-3 minutes each person) to have enough water. We comunicate this problem and the girls from Terre Marine were nice and try to help, there seems to be a bad comunication with the owner. Also, when it rained, it was an extremely bad smell coming from the bathrooms. There is no oil, vinegar or salt in the kitchen.

Wir haben die Zeit in Wohnung genossen, Preisleistung ist gut, kann man Ausflug nach Cinqa Terre gut planen.

Ruhige Umgebung, Wohnung mit zwei Badezimmern gebunden mit Schlafzimmern, bequeme Betten, alles Notwendig in der Küche,unkomplizierte Scheck in.

15-20min.Bis Bahnhof und Zentrum. Nach dem ganzen Tag wandern und spazieren wir waren nicht motiviert noch mal am Abend ins Zentrum zurückzukehren .😂

L’esperienza 5 Terre anzi a cinque stelle

Struttura perfetta check-in semplicissimo, pulita ottimi comfort, a 20 minuti dalla stazione di La Spezia a piedi, il parcheggio sotto casa è presente è un po’ difficile trovarlo ma è possibile con un po’ di pazienza un’esperienza a cinque stelle

Un consiglio che potrei dare invece della crema corpo, mettere un flaconcino di Shampoo e bagno doccia perché se si arriva tardi e non si ha fatto la spesa, magari potrebbe essere utile all’ospite farsi una doccia appena arrivato la sera tardi per il resto tutto perfetto

הינו 2 זוגות. קיבלנו 2 חדרי שינה מרווחים כל חדר עם מקלחון ושירותים. מידבח עם כל מה שצריך כולל מדיח כלים( החנו ארוכת בוקר ו ערב ).מיקום טוב :רחוב שקט 20 דקות הליכה מתחנת רכבת(נוח לנסוע ל צ'נקוה טררה.צוות היה זמין.כשהיתה תקלה עם דוד חמום מיד שלחו טכנאי וסידרו הכל.

חניה על יד הבית לא פרטית נאלצנו לחפס מקום .

Ubytování krásné, čisté, v klidné lokalitě mimo centrum. Skupina lidí jistě ocení dvě koupelny.

Klidná lokalita, trochu mimo centrum,ale tam se dá dojit procházkou. Na nádraží je to asi 15 min pěšky. Skupina jistě ocení 2 koupelny. Vše čisté, uklizené, byt prostorný a má vše,co potřebujete. Dobrá komunikace s agenturou, která pronájem zprostředkovává.

Pouze drobná výtka: V pokoji s dvěmi oddělenými postelemi chyběla skříň, kam by se dala pověsit ramínka (šaty). Skříň byla pouze na vyskládání věcí.
