In overall a good experience, don’t forget your earplugs

The apartment was very well equipped, it had everything needed for a 1-2 week stay, for example: scissors, first aid supplies, toaster, spices like salt or cinnamon powder and much more The apartment was very clean and the room temperature was always surprisingly cool without the air conditioner on (during the day we left the shutters closed) In the cupboard was another set of clean bed sheets and towels. On the street there is a pizza place and a few deli markets, the coop-supermarket is not far away. It is situated only a few minutes away from the train station wich makes it easy to walk to catch the trains.

The apartment being right behind the train station might also be a disadvantage because the train passing by makes a lot of noise and because the apartment walls aren’t very thin you can hear the cars passing by as well, even with the windows closed.

Okay, but could be slightly improved

Everything was clean and there were all the facilities that we needed. I like that they provided some shower gel in the shower

-The noise from the busy street was very loud, even with the windows closed you could hear everything. Also during the night, there was still a lot of noise. -The lighting in the bedroom was very white and cold. Not cozy at all when you want to wind down in the evening. -The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator (which we knew before), but the floors are very high and it really is a long way up. -We were able to use the washing machine, but had to pay 5€ per wash, which I didn't know about before our stay.

Place to visit la Spezia & Cinque Terre close to the station

Overall the place is comfy with a nice kitchen, 2 rooms. You have everything you need for a short stay. Nice views from the balcony of the kitchen.

The mattresses of the bunk beds are good, but the ones of the main bedroom are very old. And not only the mattresses but the old spring bed base. We had to put the mattresses onthe floor to sleep well. Cleanliness was not at it's best. The bedrooms due to the summer time were very hot and the air conditioned was not enough to cool the appartment mainly because we couldn't leave the AC on while we were out because the water coming out of the AC and falling into a bucket, that water could drip off and fall on the floors underneath and neighbours call the police, etc. It's a 4th floor with no lift. On a daily basis it didn't matter much but luggage up and down was a bit of a pain.

Fully equipped, spacious and cozy!

Lots of room and fully equipped kitchen. Great starting point for cinque terre hike by train. Super helpfull staff!

Nothing, just note it is 4 flights of stairs... tough after a day of hiking 😆

La posizione è strategica, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per raggiungere le cinque terre. Appartamento nuovo, pulito e confortevole. Niente da dire.

Relax tra una cosa e l'altra.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort necessari. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi dalla prenotazione fino alla fine del soggiorno. Facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Tutto pulito ed in ordine. A pochissimi passi dalla stazione. Punto strategico.

Quasi nulla. Un po' faticoso i 4 piani da fare dopo una giornata di cammino.

Limpio y buena cocina

Lo que más nos gustó fue la cocina: está muy equipada y resultó muy cómodo cocinar ahí. La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y el apartamento estaba muy limpio.

La cama era incómoda (muy blanda) y la distribución del apartamento lo hacía algo incómodo para estar.

Buena opción para recorrer la zona

Apartamento amplio para una familia. Cocina bien equipada. Kate, la propietaria estuvo atenta en todo momento y tuvo en cuenta que viajábamos con un niño de 1 año, dejó una trona y una mesa y silla para él.

Se oían los trenes de la estación, pero nada que molestara demasiado.
