Very functional and homey.

The place was homey and comfortable with full kitchen and even some coffee for the morning!

A bit cold, only heater was in master bedroom.

Unfortunately we couldn’t stay the duration as it was so uncomfortable and noisy

We were close to the train station and there was parking

The bunk beds were in the kitchen (not great if you have young children and the trains run right past the window every few minutes from early in the morning into the night. We were hoping for somewhere relaxing near to the cinque terre and it was the worst stay I’ve had. We booked two nights and only stayed for the one. If you do not have children and do not need the extra beds, it would be okay if you don’t mind the loud rumbling every few minutes and not being able to open the windows

Good locations with parking options

Good location, within 10-15 minutes walking of the centre/trainstation. Wifi works well, shower is nice.

The railroad next to the appartment is really loud, especially when you open the windows for some fresh air. The lights are a bit too bright for my taste. It would be nice if the (washed) dishes would be checked during the clean-up, because the crockery and pans were dirty.

Pleasant

The apartment is closely located to the train station that is a super helpful for visiting cinque terre. The bedroom and the toilet was clean. The price and the possibility to have a kitchen and a washing machine that worked perfectly during our stay.

The kitchen was not clean at all. The utilities were dirty and decided to get them into the dishwasher. Train passes right in front of the building like 10 to 20 metters from it.

I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is bad , there is no parking although it says that there is,when we called the owner they told us to park anywhere we could find even on the main road. It's RIGHT next to the train line and you could hear the trains non stop . The bedroom smells of mould and you can see the mould marks on the walls. It's not comfortable at all ... it's not clean...and you can feel the springs on the sofa bed . The only updated room in this property is the bathroom.

Very good

This is a very nice apartment with all the needed facilities! The location is great, 15 min by foot from the train station. Self check in, comfortable communication with a landlady. Very clean and tidy.

The apartment is quite old and I was concerned about super old electricity supply and wires. Some of the sockets need to be fixed, I didn't feel safe to use them unattended.

my wife did not like the sticker in the bedroom. she got scared on the first glimpse but all okay.

I wouldn't book this place again

The host were very nice and let us do early check in to leave our things in the apartment

They had 2 TVs but no air conditioning and only one small fan, what was very bad in a hot summer day. In the night is was hotter inside the apartment than outside and since the were a lot of mosquitoes we had to choose between closing the windows and suffocating from the heat or leaving them open and be eaten by the mosquitoes. Then, when we finally could sleep, the train would pass almost every our and would wake us up... The bed in the kitchen was not very comfortable so we had a very bad night. The location is also not great to go to the port or to the city center.

Clean and tidy. Bathroom excelent. Big kitchen, pretty well equipped. (buy I don't know why there was no vine glasses and wine opener ;). Washing machine and dishwasher - big plus.

There was only one problem in this facility. Trains. Outside the window is the main railway line. It was loud, especially at night. No ariconditon.

Struttura comoda per la stazione e ben fornita all’interno

In 10 minuti si può arrivare alla stazione La Spezia centrale a piedi, molto importanti i parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Essendoci stata a fine novembre, ho gradito molto il caldo della casa dei termosifoni inoltre, è presente anche uno split da poter regolare in camera da letto la cucina Offre il necessario per potersi cucinare a casa. Inoltre, è presente una comoda lavastoviglie, con in dotazione le pasticche per il lavaggio che ho gradito molto inoltre in casa c’è anche olio, sale e cialde di caffè a disposizione per la colazione veramente un servizio impeccabile! L’arredamento è spartano ma secondo me sono molto più efficienti queste accortezze!! Complimenti consiglio vivamente come base per andare a vedere le cinque terre!

Logement passable pour quelques nuits

Emplacement proche de la gare de la Spezia et rue très calme. Lave-linge et lave vaisselle

Il faisait très froid et impossible de réchauffer les pièces qui étaient un peu humides. Voie ferrée de l'autre côté de la fenêtre donc beaucoup de bruit. Un peu sale. J'aurais aimé que les hôtes préviennent de leur venue dans la journée.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war gut – direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, was die Anreise super einfach gemacht hat. Die Bahngleise liegen zwar direkt hinter dem Haus, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hat man davon überhaupt nichts gehört. Ich konnte ruhig schlafen und mich gut erholen. Die Ausstattung war wirklich top – es war alles da, was man braucht, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Details gelegt wird. Besonders das Badezimmer hat mir gefallen: modern, hell und sehr sauber. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber sehr angenehm, und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen – ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine Unterkunft, in der man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt.

Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas unbequem, aber das ist sicher individuell.

Camera da letto perfetta, con tanto posto per i vestiti

Bagno rinnovato ma adatto a docce molto veloci, poi l'acqua diventa subito fredda, inoltre le tubature sono state messe sopra il pavimento originario, così è stato fatto uno scalino poco comodo, la stessa cosa vale per le prese di corrente in cucina, con fili scoperti e appese al soffitto
