The apartment was adequate.

Location was good close to train station and downtown, elevator handy, nice and bright. Washrooms were satisfactory but both showers leaked. Sheets were clean and beds comfortable.

The kitchen was not adequately stocked. Pots and pans were terrible. There was no toilet tissue or paper towels or tea towels.

Really nice place to stay during visit in La Spezia and Cinque Terre

We stayed as a group of 8 and used the whole apartment. It was clean, spacious, with two bathrooms, comfortable beds, and large wardrobes. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Although the train station is nearby, the noise was not a problem at all. The location is excellent – just an 8-minute walk from the station, perfect for trips to Cinque Terre. Nearby there’s a COOP supermarket and a tasty kebab place. Check-in was easy with a lockbox. The apartment is managed by a company, so communication was formal rather than personal, but everything was smooth and professional. Overall, a very good stay.

Clean and big, but lacking amenities and thoughtfulness

Difficult check-in! We were asked to send a video of us at the door in order to get the code for the locker. The checkin platform takes so long to register your id and info. No kitchen towel or kitchen paper, old sponge for the dishes, no handsoap in the bathrooms. No salt, pepper etc. No info on how to get around. There were no buses after 9pm to the flat. Instead of towels, we had something like a tablecloth. Overall felt uncomfortable and cheap for 2 days. The person who we talked to not particularly polite. It operates via a company of properties, thus the impersonal service.

Very spacious apartment and rooms. Good equipment. Location is about 10 min walk from the Central station. AC in all bedrooms

Check-in could have been more smooth. When we arrived, there was nobody to provide the keys. Someone came only after several calls and messages.

The electricity of whole apartment may go off if you turn on too many machine concurrently. Need to go down staircase to turn on the fuse box by yourself.

Centrally located and ideal to visit cinque terre

Very close to the train station and all the local super markets . Very easy to set this apartment as base and visit cinque terre. The host was also very responsive via texts

The property was bit old and elevator had to be operated with a set of keys was not very handy . small issues nothing major

Large spacious apartment. Clean, good bed, bedding Close to the train station, but you can hear the trains until late at night.

There was no hot water and heating at check-in. You call the person who gave the keys, he is only responsible for the keys. He doesn't answer any other questions. There is coffee, no coffee maker, there is a coffee machine - no capsules, there is tea - no sugar. No even a bottle of drinking water at the cost of the apartment more than 250 euros per day. The master came to fix the boiler, turned on the boiler water, brought sugar, snacks, Thanks to him No parking. The nearest free place to find about 1,5 km from the apartment + 2 parking tickets (left machines to unload the luggage and did not brought away immediately, we thought an hour later go for a walk, for this time 2 tickets for parking)
