terrible and so expensive!

it was the dirtiest room we had ever stayed! dirty floors, dirty bed covers, no shampoo, no shower gel, no dish soap, the windows hadn’t been cleaned for months! ants in the kitchen, an intense bad smell everywhere, we wouldn’t stayed again even for free, complete lack of respect for guests! STAY AWAY!

Excellent location for boat or train visit to the 5 Cinque Terra towns

Nice property with high ceilings and lots of room. This was a quick overnight stay. We picked this property due to its' proximity to the harbour where we had a boat tour scheduled. I had trouble locating the lockbox for the key so the owner came over to help us in. This was my fault because the lockbox was right there I just didn't recognize it. I apologized but the owner said no apology necessary - very nice man. Rooms are huge, shower was great. Didn't cook but it has a full kitchen. Property is 15 min walk to train station and the train will take you to all the Cinque Terra towns.

Host did not inform me of how to get the key. Luckly we have the sim card that able to call. We waited for quite some time to get the key The light in the room is not working, aircon remote is not working in 1 of the room too.

Bathroom is dirty. When we arrived in check in time 12noon the apartment is not yet clean.
