Wohlfühlwohnung mit Meerblick
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung war von Anfang an mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet (Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel etc.). Zwar gibt es keine Waschmaschine, aber nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts bekamen wir frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher – sehr praktisch! Auch bei Fragen oder Anliegen hat der Gastgeber immer schnell reagiert. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet, die Dusche komfortabel, und die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend. Besonders schön war die Terrasse mit Meerblick, wo wir die Aussicht beim Spielen und Essen genossen haben. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: In nur 5 Minuten erreicht man Cadimare und das Meer. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle – von dort gelangt man in ca. 15–20 Minuten nach Portovenere und in rund 10 Minuten nach La Spezia, wo es gute Verbindungen per Bahn und Fähre gibt.
Die Busverbindungen sind tagsüber zuverlässig, auch wenn sie nicht immer ganz pünktlich fahren. Abends kann es schwieriger sein, da der letzte Bus aus La Spezia zwar gegen 23:30–00:00 Uhr fährt, aber gelegentlich bis zu 45 Minuten Verspätung hat. Wer abends länger unterwegs sein möchte, sollte das einplanen – alternativ kann man auch in etwa einer Stunde zurücklaufen.

Piacevole e fresco soggiorno
L'appartamento molto bello e fresco, ricavato da un antico convento. A casa c'è davvero tutto. Buona posizione per visitare Portovenere e le Cinque Terre. Divano e letto comodissimi. C'è anche la macchina del caffè con le cialde e acqua in frigo. Accoglienza super!! Il nostro cagnolino ha apprezzato pure!
L'unica pecca è il parcheggio che è a bordo strada sulla statale e bisogna stare un po' attenti sia alla macchina che ad attraversare. Se ci fosse un parcheggio riservato agli ospiti sarebbe perfetto.

Logement très agréable dans ce petit village de pêcheurs
L’appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel et bien équipé, il manque juste une lampe sur pied dans le salon pour plus de confort. Dans le village, il y a un petit commerce de proximité et plusieurs restaurants. On peut aller se balader sur le port.
La route est dangereuse dans le village, car il n’y a pas de trottoir et il faut prévoir de prendre le bus pour se rendre à La Spezia ou à Porto Venere lorsqu’on n’a pas de voiture.

Poco fuori La Spezia e vicino a Portovenere
Appartamento appena ristrutturato, fornito di tutto il necessario tra cui kit cortesia, asciugamani, caffè e acqua (molto apprezzati) e aria condizionata (non necessaria in quanto la camera è piacevolmente fresca. Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Meraviglioso appartamento. Non è descrivibile la comodità del divano 🛋... è una coccola, da provare. Spazioso, con climatizzatore, e non in ultimo, parcheggio pubblico gratuito molto vicino. Comodissimo per gli spostamenti, volendo anche in bus. Grazie mille ai gestori. Gentilissimi
