Perfect for visiting cinque terre

Its huge and has everything you need to feel at home. So many details that show how much the owners care. They were also very thougthful and gave us several recommendations. Its a flat in a 5th floor of a residential building, in a residential area. Very quiet specially at night for an optimal rest. There is a supermarket nearby. Just 5 min walk from the train station. In our case it was perfect because we visited cinque terre. If you want to visit the city center (restaurants etc..) you need to walk a little bit more. Everything perfect and beyond our expectations.

The shower was a little bit tricky to regulate bit its just a small detail.

Cinque Terre is beautiful

Close to the train station, good for visiting Cinque Terre

Good location, close to the train station (10 min walking), which is convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. Port and shopping area are further away but still doable by foot. Andrea and his mother were waiting for us at the apartment. They were very kind and gave us information about places to visit in la spezia. The apartment was on the 5th floor which we could reach with the elevator. There was airconditioning but we didn’t need it because it was spring.

The apartment looks a bit old. The bathroom was small and the shower in the sitting tub inconvenient to use, but apart from that we had a good stay. we spent most of our time outdoors anyways.

Highly recommend.

Excellent. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay there. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It’s about 10 minutes walk to train station and bus stop. Good base to visit Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Host was super nice. Our train was late, he messaged us to make sure we were ok. The young girl was also very helpful. The noise of trains didn’t create problems for us at all.

Lovely apartment, close to train station

Excellent apartment, room was spacious and comfy. Kitchen was good, had mostly everything you would need. Close to train station which was very useful when going to La Cinque Terre.

Was close to train station so quite noisy with the trains. Not ideally located for rest of La Spezia but good for getting train. Kitchen missing few basic items such as chopping board and mixing spoon.

Very good

The owner was very nice and came earlier to make the check-in and also was present when we needed to make the check-out. The kitchen was well equiped and the entire apartment was clean. The location was very good, close to the train station from where you can get to Cinque Terre but also to Pisa or Genova.

The double bed was curved in the middle but the owner got the review from us and said that he will fix it. The area was noisy because of the train which passed often near the building. We could also hear noise from the street from people who lived around.

Decidí no quedarme a pesar de perder el dinero

Estaba limpio por dentro del apartamento independiente del estado del edificio y los alrededores.

Mi experiencia fue negativa. Los alrededores parecieron peligrosos desde el primer momento, con miradas intimidatorias y se giraron hacia nosotros, como si nos siguieran. Esto fue a plena luz del día, por eso ni nos atrevimos a volver de noche. Por otro lado el edificio no era nada acogedor y se escuchaban los chirridos del tren. No es algo que los propietarios puedan controlar, pero al llamar y explicar la situación nos prometieron un reembolso que yo dije que podía ser dividido a la mitad, asumía perder una parte del valor. A día de hoy no he recibido nada y pedí que me compartieran la prueba de transferencia, pero no obtuve respuesta. Es el primer alojamiento donde no me he quedado en décadas viajando.

Tinha louça suja e o cabo da única sertã que tinha estava partido... Wc muito apertada e o lavatório demorava imenso tempo a baixar a água, logo ficava acumulada durante uns bons minutos.

位置距離火車站很近

位置離火車站很近，事實上從火車站前面右邊咖啡色的小房子（就是停車場電梯）下去很近，有行李的客人會很方便，剛好這次離開拉著行李到前往火車站的樓梯有好心的路人帶我們去搭乘電梯才知道原來有電梯🛗⋯給之後訂的客人參考，不用一直拉著行李走來走去。住所轉角處的 bar咖啡價格合理1.4歐元，早上可以喝一杯在出發。房子的空間很大。

Wifi好像會偵測的沒人在使用，會轉成紅色，所以都會需要重新開關，轉成白色燈使用。房子的水壓有點小，熱水會忽冷忽熱應該是使用熱水器的關係，所以對長髮的女生來說可能會洗得很久。洗臉盆的水，流得有點慢，刷牙洗臉的時候水不能開太大會很快滿起來。床睡得不是很舒服，可能太久沒換，陷下去起來後都會有點腰痠背痛。

la vicinanza alla stazione e la cortesia dei proprietari di casa che sono stati gentili e accoglienti. casa pulita e in buone condizioni dotata di tutto perfino shampoo e bagnoschiuma che non è da tutti

il materasso del divano letto è stato molto scomodo ma era prevedibile essendo appunto un divano letto. L’odore sgradevole che inondava tutta la palazzina già dalla mattina non è stato il massimo ma per il prezzo relativamente basso si può accettare tutto questo

Ok ma con alcune cose da risolvere

L'host è stato preciso nel darmi informazioni e consigli sui luoghi dove andare. La struttura è abbastanza centrale

Credo sia necessario un po' più di attenzione nella manutenzione della struttura e si dovrebbe sistemare la cerniera di chiusura della porta del bagno perché è sporgente e ci si impiglia andando a rompere i tessuti. A me si è bucata una maglietta..
