Beautifully decorated and very clean apartment in a great location,with kind hosts and easy check in
The location was great, and we could stop with our car in front of the building to unload our luggage. Since there was no space on the street, we parked at Europa Park Piazza Europa which was safe and affordable. Gabriella gave us clear instructions for the check-in, which made it very easy. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The only challenge was that it’s on the 4th floor without an elevator, but everything else fully met our expectations. Thank you also for the coffee !

You can not have a better location than this. Close to everything La Spezia has to offer. We loved this apartment. Easy check-in and helpful communication with owner.
You need to be in good shape with the stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Godne polecenia ze względu na lokalizację
Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko do portu, restauracji, targu, przystanku autobusowego skąd można pojechać do Pontevenere. 15-20 minut do dworca. Kontakt z hostem szybki i bardzo dobry. W korespondencji bardzo dobrze przekazane informacje, które były przydatne podczas pobytu.
Obiekt posiada funkcjonalną ale małą łazienkę. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje dużo przestrzeni w łazience, to w tym miłym mieszkaniu jej nie znajdzie. Łóżka niskie, dla niektórych może to mieć znaczenie. Czwarte wysokie piętro - na plus, gdy chcesz porzeźbić pośladki, na minus - gdy masz problemy z kolanami i biodrami.

La posizione centrale dell' appartamento.
Mi ha creato grandi problemi l'assenza di un ascensore. Quattro piani più altri gradini sono duri da scalare con (ma anche senza) il bagaglio. Il bagno è minuscolo e ha il lavandino collocato in posizione scomoda.
