Great location and amenities but no lift

It had all the amenities that we’d need. Pots and pans to cook and cutlery. Ironing board and the best part was the washing machine. It came with portable aircons too. Location was ideal for all the plans we had. Great communication with the owner.

It wasn’t mentioned anywhere that they didn’t have a lift and so we had to carry suitcases up the stairs. It’s noisy as it’s quite central and surrounded by restaurants, but once the windows are closed it was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

The flat is right in the centre of town and only a 20 min walk to the station.

Séjour optimum entre la découverte des cinque terre, le confort et la localisation d'un logement .

Appartement spacieux et confortable avec chauffage réglable en fonction des besoins de chacun. Très bien situé, en zone piétonne, à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, de l'office de tourisme et à 15 minutes de la gare.

En rajoutant quelques ustensiles (1 plat à gratin, 1 casserole ainsi qu'1 économe et 1 carafe d'eau) la cuisine serait parfaitement équipée pour répondre aux besoins d'un séjour long.

Séjour confortable à la Spezia avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Logement tout équipé, très spacieux et confortable avec un excellent rapport qualité prix pour la région. Des produits de salle de bain étaient notamment à disposition. Le logement était bien situé ; dans le centre animé de la Spezia et proche de la gare afin de visiter les Cinque Terre. Enfin, les instructions pour le check-in étaient claires.

L’appartement est situé face à un bar avec gens assez bruyants ce qui était dérangeant en soirée mais ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôte

Estancia en La Spezia a 15 min de la estación de trenes

Es un piso amplio, con ambientes grandes y que puedes quedarte una semana sin problema ninguno. Nos han dejado disponible café, té y hasta capsulas para lavar la ropa, algo que nos vino genial ya que llevábamos varios días viajando. Tienes una pequeña cocina disponible y que está super completa. Los anfitriones nos permitieron entrar a dejar las maletas mientras realizaban la limpieza del sitio, algo que se valora muchísimo cuando llegas de traslados largos. Buena ubicación para comprar la Cinque Terre Card y visitar los pueblos.

Lo que a nuestro entender deberían de mejorar es la aislación del piso, se escuchan absolutamente todos los ruidos de la calle, tiene varios "bares" en la zona y específicamente en fin de semana se percibe una gran cantidad de gente por la calle y se escucha prácticamente como si estuviesen dentro de la habitación. Además el camión de la basura pasa todos los días por la mañana temprano a recoger los vidrios, algo que también se escucha mucho ya que la ventana de la habitación da a esa calle. Finalmente no nos impidió descansar porque estábamos agotados, pero creo que si fuese con niños igual sería algo mas complicado.

Top Foncez !!, c’était très propre, proche du centre et très grand. L’hôte était très sympathique. Logement en plein centre donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi les gens se plaigne du bruit !! C’est une vile avec des jeunes qui vivent 🤷🏽‍♀️ En juillet/ août il y’a encore plus de monde donc encore plus de bruit

Pas de parking et pour ce garer tres compliqué et ne vous fiez pas aux habitants de la ville ni a la police car il nous ont donné l'autorisation pour ce garer à une place de couleur bleu que l'hôtel nous avais recommandé, resultat voiture à la fourrière Beaucoup de bruit la nuit ce qui est normal vu l'emplacement La porte toilette sdb qui ne ferme pas

Hałasy z ulicy w godzinach nocnych. To oczywiście konsekwencja lokalizacji w centrum, z restauracjami i kawiarniami po sąsiedzku. Ale zainwestowanie w dźwiękoszczelne okna bardzo by się przydało

Difícil por escalera.

El departamento es perfecto, lo tiene todo, super cómodo, limpio, con todo lo necesario. La ubicación inmejorable. Realmente hermoso.

Son 2 pisos por escalera, que no está bien aclarado sino, seguramente no lo hubiera contratado. Es muy difícil con valijas. Tienen que aclararlo y bien.

Poco affidabile

La posizione centrale è la pulizia

La muffa presente in diversi punti dell'appartamento ma soprattutto la poca affidabilità della persona che ci ha accolto. Di certo molto gentile ma poco affidabile: vista la zona blu ci ha consigliato dove parcheggiare l'auto dicendo che sarebbe stato sufficiente comunicargli targa e luogo esatto del parcheggio. Peccato che non abbia comunicato nulla all'ufficio preposto così puntuale il giorno successivo ecco la sanzione! Avvisato ha garantito che avrebbe immediatamente provveduto al pagamento ma dopo 3 settimane abbondanti ancora nulla quindi un gosso grazie alla polizia municipale che compresa la situazione mi ha consentito di provvedere al pagamento senza ulteriori rincari

Supero las expectativas! Hermoso lugar con salida a la calle peatonal en el centro histórico. Cocina completa te dejan algunas cosas para cocinar como aceite pimienta y sal, tiene lavadora y te dejan jabón para la ropa También todo para hacerte un desayuno básico con café azúcar y té. Las toallas muy limpias Tiene plancha y para colgar la ropa Muy espacioso Me atendió una persona muy buena y me explico todo. Me dejaron entrar un rato antes del horario de check in ! Muy agradecida Sin duda lo recomiendo ! Y un detalle no menor en la spezia, no tiene escaleras el camino de las estación hasta la casa. En el departamento si tiene escalera, solo dos pisos. :)
