Great Stay in La Spezia

The place had everything we needed. Very clean. The location was good too. It's very close to the train central station. The owners gave us very helpful recommendations as soon as we arrived. We were lucky we found this place to stay in La Spezia.

Since we traveled by car free parking was not always available on the same street where the apartment was located, especially in the evening. Not a major issue for us.

Good local base for exploring Cinque Terre, at a reasonable price.

This was a typical Italian apartment in a non-touristy area of La Spezia. It is about a 20 minute walk away from the train station, in the opposite direction to the harbour, and along the way there are some excellent local shops, a great kebab place, terrific bakery with gelato, good restaurant, and several supermarkets in the vicinity. It provides an excellent base for exploring.oring La Spezia, accessing Cinque Terre from the train station, and getting to Portovenere, which we did by ferry, coming back by bus. It was reasonably priced and well-equiped, with kitchen facilities as well.

Great location for a good trip to see Cinque Terre.

Very clean, organized, well-stocked with all the necessary items for cooking. Lots of great information for our 3 day trips to Cinque Terre. Some laundry detergent was provided so I could do some handwashing. Great refrigerator that had a good freezer so I could finally make some ice to keep in our stainless steel bottles and to make ice water bottles for our 3 days of strenuous hiking in hot weather. Elisabetta was kind enough to let us check in early, which allowed us to make the most of our stay, but wish we had stayed longer!

Air conditioning wasn’t working right during a heat wave, and no fan, so we slept with the windows open and it didn’t drop below 80 degrees at night.

Great place

We had a great time at Domo Nina, beautiful property and the owners couple!! We felt lots of efforts to make this place nice and comfortable, also their passion to welcome all the guests. Lots of information about “Cinque Terra National Park”, as well as the local recommendations were really helpful. Close to the big supermarket, walkable distance from the train station(about 15minutes), very tidy and well maintained property, additionally Nina(cute doggy) welcomed us😌 Highly recommended for anybody who comes to La Spezia!!! Thank you so much🙌🏻🙌🏻

Great vacation home at an affordable price that allows to explore a very beautiful part of Italy.

Everything was great, we recommend! We got the keys from the host and she led us into the rental. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable and with nice bedsheets. The kitchen well equipped. We would say the situation is quite ideal, as the apartment is situated 10-15 minutes by foot from the train station, which allows to explore Cincque Terre.

There is nothing the host could have done better.

Nice stay to visit the surroundings

Nice place, in a quiet area, in 15 min walking from the railway station. Great accommodation to visit surroundings. It was very clean, and some utensils for cooking may be found there. Very big supermarket Coop in 5 min walking, with a great choice of food.

We were travelling in march and it was quite cold in the apartment. There are 2 air conditioners to warm the place, but it took about 2 days to get more or less comfortable temperature. Floors are made from stone material and are freezing. It will be great to have slippers or carpets, at least for the low season.

Bel appartement pour 2. Idéal pour visiter les cinq terres et la spézia.

L'appartement pour un couple est super. Très propre. Très calme. Bien chauffé. Pas loin de la gare et du centre ville. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Accueil sympathique.

Le seul petit problème c'est pour garer la voiture, la rue étant sans issue.

Me gustó todo: ubicación, relación precio-calidad, comodidad, etc. Para destacar, la predisposición de Elisabetta, la propietaria; primero, nos permitió ingresar antes del check in y segundo, al hacer el check out, tuvo la gentileza de acercarmos a la estación de tren en su auto particular, por cuanto llovía intensamente. Lo recomiendo 100% . Volveré sin dudas

Es un apartamento muy grande y acogedor. La anfitriona se ha preocupado en todo momento de que estemos en las mejores condiciones. Sala comedor muy grande, habitación muy grande. Cocina bien equipada. Incluso jabón para lavar la ropa a mano incluido.

La ducha es un poco estrecha aunque por las fotografías ya se percibe. Aún así, eso no le quita que sea un apartamento de 10!

Apartamento confortável e espaçoso. Quarto e sala de bom tamanho. Cozinha com as facilidades para preparar as refeições. Rua tranquila. Supermercado próximo.

De rustige locatie van het appartement. In de buurt kun je alles krijgen wat je nodig hebt. Een Penny winkel en een Plus. Verder is er ook een goede groenteman en 2 restaurants in de buurt. Met de bus naar centrum om de 10 minuten. Vandaar de bus/ boot naar Pontevenere.

Een beetje krappe douche, maar de douche zelf is fijn.
