Velmi milý a ochotný majitel, poslal také spoustu doporučení na jídlo kolem Útulný pokoj s novou podlahou a kuchyňským koutem - menší vybavení součástí Luxusní nová koupelna, horká voda bez čekání Funkční klimatizace, lednice, konvice, televize Pro pár ideální Super lokalita, klidná ulice Okna skvěle těsnila a jsou do dvora

Žádný velký problém jen maličkosti: Trochu malá postel, ale jsme pár, nevadilo to Koupelna vedlejšího pokoje byla hned za zdí vedle naší postele, ale měli jsme naštěstí v noci klid Pro někoho by mohlo být důležité, že zde není výtah

Excellent location - short walk into town and close to the station for travelling to Cinque Terre (the train from La Spezia is included in the 5T train ticket). The room was very clean and the shower strength and temperature were good. The host was very communicative and gave us lots of good recommendations. In the room there were leaflets with information about the local area too which was nice (the host kindly provided this in our language). The host also provided some herbal tea and writing paper as well which are a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. The black out blinds were also appreciated in the mornings. There was a kettle and a mini-oven which we were able to cook a pizza in for dinner and the fridge was a good size. There are supermarkets nearby for this. Overall the price and location were great for access to the Cinque Terre (and cheaper outside the 5 towns!)

The photos in the listing were slightly outdated, showing a hob plate which there was not (though this isn't in the facilities list). The boiler pipes for both rooms can be heard in the room, which means you can hear the next door shower in the early morning or late at night, which light sleepers may struggle with.

De host is heel vriendelijk en helpt je met informatie over de omgeving en mooie bezienswaardigheden. Daarnaast is de kamer zeer schoon en nieuw. Er is een goed werkende airco en de douche is perfect. De kamer is 5 minuten lopen van de hoofd winkel straat en 20 minuten van de schitterende haven.

Het is een tweepersoons kamer met een vrij smal bed. Als je met je partner ben perfect, maar met familie of een vriend is het net even te knus.
