Excelent place to stay in La Spezia

The apartment was very cozy and stylish furnished. The rooms were very nice and clean and smelling fresh air. The host was so careful with all the details and very kind to explain and answer to any questions I had. My family felt excellent. There was a free parking near to the apartment.

Pleasant

Apartment has 2 separate bedrooms what is nice when you are traveling with friends. Easy check in and washing machine is a plus.

Fan is not enough during the hot summer. One bedroom is looking at noisy street and railway. No bus after 8 pm and it’s 4km from the city center.

Ár érték arányban tökéletes, ajánlom.

Otthonos, tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt.

A parkolás gondot jelentett elsőre, de a Szállásadó segített. Így az is megoldódott…Valamint a székek lábára tennék egy hangtompítót, nagyon tapadós és zajos.(Alsó lakók örülhetnek)

punto strategico per gite in Liguria e Toscana

camere spaziose, tutto molto pulito. ci siamo fermati per sette giorni e ci hanno dato il doppio della biancheria e degli asciugamani. staff gentilissimo e disponibile

la posizione va bene se si ha un 'automobile , altrimenti è neccessario usufruire dei mezzi pubblici che passano nella via. non c'è possibilità di scendere a fare due passi. l' appartamento è situato su una strada traffica. Essendo all' interno di un condominio, ci sono i rumori degli altri inquilini che si svegliano molto presto per andare a lavorare. L 'appartamento è ben insonorizzato tra una stanza e l'altra, e anche dalla strada per via dei serramenti perfetti. nonostante ciò si sente tutto quello che succede al piano di sopra. alle ore 6,20 del mattino televisione accesa in attesa del telegiornale e giro di aspirapolvere. dopo le otto silenzio assoluto. comunque noi ci siamo sempre svegliati presto per andare in giro. siamo stati benissimo, ma per correttezza è giusto informare i futuri ospiti. grazie mille per tutto il resto.
