Came for the location, wanted to stay for the glow in the dark stars.

The flat was very homely and spacious. The bedroom area felt quite novel in a good way! The kitchen and the cooking gear within it was quite basic but it was very adequately for our needs. We also liked having the terrace as a place to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. The flat was well connected to public transport heading into the city or to Cinque Terre. We also found a supermarket within a short walk, and a very good affordable pizza place was located just down the road. There were also tabacchanists within a twenty minute walk, but we probably should have stocked up on more bus tickets before we headed to the flat from La Spezia Central.

The shower was good quality but a little too small, and we also had to wait a while to use it due to the boiler needing time to get hot water. In the evenings it was a little cold in the flat, but to be fair we did find some blankets in the flat which helped with this. The only other issue we found here is that there wasn't enough toilet paper supplied.

the location was normal if you will use the train. on foot it’s quite far from center.

the house wasn’t clean at all, plus there was no hot water, wasn’t able to take a shower normally which is very uncomfortable.

The locks are old and doesn't work properly. The shower is small, I am 6ft tall and 85kg and it was a little difficult to take a good bath. It doesn't have wash machine. The location is a little far but you can take the bus at 150mts to go downtown.

Superb

The apartment is spacious and can easily fit four persons. Although you can eat out without spanding much in city centre and in direct proximity of the place, it’s nice to have a kitchen at disposal. The location is perfect for travellers that come by car, but using public transport isn’t too bad either.

I personally don’t like shower curtains..

Es gab einen Parkplatz vor dem Apartment. Der Check In war unkompliziert. Das Bett war gut und sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr außerhalb gelegen. Zum nächsten Bahnhof sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Böden und die Küche waren nicht sauber.

Обман и неготив. Не чего не могло понравиться. Осторожно.

Апартаменты находятся в заброшенной профзоне. Вокруг ржавый забор. Рядом железнодорожная линия, по которой каждые 40минут проходит поезд. Еще ближе проходит активная автодорога.Хозяин апартаментов не дает ключи и не пускает во внутрь апартаментов, хотя все было оплачено за благовременно. Всегда находит какие-нибудь причины оправдующие себя. Встретиться отказуется. А затем вообще на связь не выходит. Отпуск испорчен. Деньги потрачены. Осторожно аферист.

C‘était propre et spacieux. On a eu des problèmes avec le four, mais les propriétaires nous ont vite aidé et répondent rapidement!

C‘était un peu loin du centre ville à pieds (30-40min), mais ça se fesait bien en bus(15min).
