Nice flat.

Nice location - close to Migliarina train station, one stop before the very busy Centrale station. Easy access, easy parking, comfortable accommodation.

Not bad fundamentally but would be better if a little more consideration for the occupant’s needs were made.

Very roomy apartment, bed was very comfy, good bathroom, lift worked well, pretty quiet block and area. Extra quilts supplied.

Really quite tired in the kitchen, needs better equipment, a lot is scruffy and very well used. The bedhead should be replaced, the vinyl is flaking off. No extra pillows. Needed to use the air conditioning heating as the radiators were turned off and it was pretty cool. The washing machine is out on the balcony but the owner didn’t tell us that until I enquired. No plug for the kitchen sink so washing up was difficult.

Unsatisfactory, wouldn't recommend

Size

Major issues with property, broken bathroom door handle. Apartment was not clean. Host gave us invalid backup key for main door and didn't admit it. I was stuck outside. Forget about finding parking spot on street. Washing machine was not present while description claims that.

Light, spacious apartment - great base to go sightseeing

Modern, spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

Nothing Some items were broken or not present but that was due to previous tenants not caring for the place. The owner did all he could to be helpful by buying us some utensils.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, cozy living room. Good location, not far away from train station. Very nice owner, we had everything what we needed. I can definitely recommend this place to stay for short as of longer vacation.

Spacious apartment for a family of 4. Beds are comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Next to a bus station to join the town centre and train station.

No microwave (this is not expensive equipment to buy). Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom.

L'emplacement de l'appartement et places gratuites dans la rue. Très grand appartement avec très joli mobilier. L'hôtel est très réactif

Appartement pas très entretenu c'est dommage ( poignée de porte chambre manquante, porte salle de bain accroche au sol, traces sur les murs, quelques prises électriques cassé) manque un micro-ondes et des casseroles en bon état mais correct

L’appartement est assez bien situé. Il est bien agencé, spacieux, équipé de climatisation (indispensable sous fortes chaleurs).

Il manquait une poignée à la porte d’une des chambres. Pas très pratique

Apartament godny polecenia. Duży salon z balkonem, widok na góry (zdjęcie). Duża kuchnia z miejscem na posiłki. Lodówka, czajnik elektryczny, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, toster, kuchenka gazowa, zlewozmywak i wszystkie przybory kuchenne. Dwie sypialnie. W jednej bardzo duże łóżko podwójne, komoda i szafa. W drugiej dwa łóżka pojedyncze i dostawka dla piątej osoby, dwie szafy, telewizor i drugi balkon. Łazienka z wanną, osobną kabiną prysznicową, bidet, duża umywalka, mydło w płynie, suszarka do włosów. Dla każdej osoby po trzy ręczniki. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie. Klucze do apartamentu w skrzynce przy drzwiach, na kod. Okolica spokojna i cicha, pod wieczór słychać odgłosy żab. Do portu trzy km, ale pod domem przystanek autobusowy, bilet 60 min. 1,5 eu. lub 5 eu jedna doba. Do stacji kolejowej ok kilometra. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy przez Booking. Był to jeden z moich najlepszych noclegów w europie.

Alapvetően mindenkinek ajánlanám

Jó elhelyezkedésű, rendkívül tiszta apartman. Közelben mindenféle étkezési lehetőséggel. Csendes nyugodt környék. Nagy konyha, nagy fürdőszoba, káddal. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt. Pozitív volt, h nagyobb gyerekágyat kértünk, amit néhány órán belül megoldottak. Segítőkeszség ok!

A tulaj elfelejtette elküldeni a bejutási kódokat, ezért kicsit küzdeni kellett, hogy elfoglalhassuk az apartmant. Semmilyen írásos megkeresésre nem reagált, elég kellemetlen volt.

La descrizione corrisponde a cosa ho trovato. L’appartamento era pulito, la zona è molto comoda e vicina per il centro di La Spezia. Il bagno è recente, doccia e servizi mi hanno soddisfatto.

Spazi confortevoli che ci hanno permesso di goderci anche le giornate di pioggia

Molto comodo il check in e check out poichè si potevano fare in autonomia, appartamento molto grande e in zona vicina al centro, pensavamo di avere più difficoltà con il parcheggio, ma si trova abbastanza facilmente. Sotto casa c'è un parchetto per i bambini dove non si può portare il cane a passeggio, ma ci sono vie interne adiacenti che sono sfruttabili.

La casa avrebbe bisogno di alcune piccole manutenzioni soprattutto alle sedie della cucina, alle porte e al mobilio in generale, soprattutto quello delle camere (cassetti della cassettiera e armadio non molto utilizzabili, perché poco stabili). Anche alcuni strumenti per la cucina erano poco utilizzabili.

Notre séjour a été trop court à mon goût.

Bon emplacement, supérette en bas de l'appartement où on trouve tout le nécessaire. On peut se rendre se rendre à pied au centre (en marchant un peu), La Spézia est agréablement animée et pratique pour rayonner vers les Cinq Terres ou Portovenere.
