Everything was great, very kind hosts, we arrived much much later than expected because of a traffic jam, but they were very understanding and helpful, stayed in contact and helped us with a very late checkin. Very nice and clean place. If you have a car, very convenient to move around and it has free parking.

If you have a car the location is perfect, if you don't, it seems it could be a bit harder to move around, but not really sure. The sofa-bed was a bit squeaky.

Nette Gastgeberin.

In allen Räumen gab es Schimmel und es hat auch sehr stark danach gerochen. Wohnung wurde unsauber renoviert. Es war teilweise dreckig.

À éviter en basse saison

On a aimé l’emplacement, l’appartement spacieux et propre, la présence d’un parking privé et la petite terrasse . Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir arriver en autonomie et le fait que la propriétaire face l’effort de converser en français.

Odeur de tabac froid dans la cuisine. Il faisait assez froid et une seule couverture seulement était disponible. Certaines poignées se démontaient et la porte de chambre des enfants ne se fermait pas. Peu d’isolation avec l’appartement du dessus où on savait quand est-ce qu’ils allaient à la salle de bain… Nous avons payé la taxe de séjour pour notre fille de 12 ans.

Schöne Wohnung um Cinque Terre zu erkunden

Due Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt Aussenbereich, alles ist sauber. Es gibt Kochmöglichkeiten, Spülmaschine. Martina war sehr freundlich. Privater Parkplatz ist ein Pluspunkt. Zum Strand oder in die Stadt soll man mit dem Auto fahren- zu Fuß es ist eher weit.

Es gab leichtes Feuchtigkeitsgeruch in den Schränken. Es gab keine Seife, wir haben die Hände mit Duschgel/Waschgel aus den 10g Tüten gewaschen. Im Großen und Ganzen kein Problem, aber es wäre leichter mit normaler Seife.

Perfecto lugar en la Spezia

El lugar es impecable, amplio, con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodos teniendo en cuenta que vamos con niños. El parking esta justo en frente del apartamento y hay suficiente espacio así que eso es genial. Estábamos comunicados del centro de la Spezia a 15 min en auto, todo perfecto. Gracias a los anfitriones, excelente comunicación.

Un poco frio, estuvimos a inicios de mayo y hacia un poco de frío en el apartamento, pero nada que no pudiéramos solucionar con las estupendas frazadas que teníamos allí. Algo importante, no es que no me gustara, pero el camino para llegar es algo estrecho y empinado, así que hay que ir si o si con un buen auto, pero no es problema para nada, solo algo a tener en cuenta.

Joli appartement bien situé

L'appartement est joliment décoré et moderne, il y a une jolie terrasse avec une table et des chaises. Le tout est clôturé pour les enfants. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Bonne literie, délicates attentions sur place (café, chocolat et serviettes joliment enroulées dans du ruban). Lave-vaisselle, lave linge, .. Douche chaude avec bon début d'eau. Parking juste devant la porte de l'appartement. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil.

Quelques travaux de remplacement sont néanmoins nécessaires (poignet de porte, poignet de température dans la douche, casseroles anti grip très rayées, ...). La cuvette des toilettes est complètement cassée, pas évident avec des enfants de moins de 5 ans .. Autre point négatif c est l humidité dans l appartement (il s avere qu il a plu toute la semaine) il y avait de l eau derrière le lit et le linge a mis 4 jours a sécher. La propriétaire nous a fourni un déshumidificateur d'air, nous étions a 94% d'humidité. Si vous compter dormir dans le salon, le frigo fait beaucoup de bruit. Si vous dormez dans la chambre aucun problème de bruit. Dernier point, pour accéder à l appartement, il y a une pente assez raide. Il faut le coup de main et un bon embrayage pour arriver en haut 😅 Malgré tout je recommande cet appartement.

l'isolement fait que la voiture est imperative pour tout deplacement

maison isolée et loin de tout transport donc sans voiture à éviter magasins éloignes donc voiture encore aucune information par les propriétaires sur les moyens de transport et aucune carte et pas de réponse a notre demande sachant que les propriétaires ne parlent pas anglais coupure du chauffage le 2eme jour alors quil faisait froid cela n’est pas admissible vaisselle insuffisante : pas de bol pas de saladier pas de passoire
