Appartement très bien placé, très bien agencé et très bien équipé
Bruyant par les voisins et surtout par les travaux de maçonnerie de l’immeuble à côté (coffrage et terrassement des 7h30)

The apartment is great for both short and long stays. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, and fast WiFi. There's excellent, secure parking in the private courtyard. Upon arrival, a very friendly owner greeted us with the keys and showed us around. The apartment has individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, allowing for a comfortable rest after exploring the area. The apartment is just a few meters from a bus stop, a shop, and a bar. The train station is only 800 meters away, and you can get everywhere by train, so it's great. If I'm ever in the La Spezia area again, I'll definitely choose this apartment. Thank you, see you soon.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. The only thing they could add is a kettle, but that's a minor detail.
