Great apartment

The apartment is great for both short and long stays. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, and fast WiFi. There's excellent, secure parking in the private courtyard. Upon arrival, a very friendly owner greeted us with the keys and showed us around. The apartment has individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, allowing for a comfortable rest after exploring the area. The apartment is just a few meters from a bus stop, a shop, and a bar. The train station is only 800 meters away, and you can get everywhere by train, so it's great. If I'm ever in the La Spezia area again, I'll definitely choose this apartment. Thank you, see you soon.

Great little modern apartment with great facilities

Host was lovely, very modern place and was clean. Parking was secure. Would recommend. Bus stop right out the front, also easy walking distance to train station. Kitchen was well equipped and the host had supplied everything we needed. Had washing machine to use as well.

As it is a multi story apartment, there was a bit of noise from apartments above, however not enough to stop sleeping.

Alles top , sehr netter Vermieter. Lage dieser Wohnung ist auch sehr gut. Nicht weit zum Bahnhof .Cinque Terre gut zu erreichen.

Aproape de stația secundara de tren.

Patul din dormitor nu este foarte confortabil, baia fara sampon si gel de duș. Este departe de centru, 40 minute pe jos, iar imprejur nu găsești restaurante. După ora 21 nu găsești autobus, taxi sa te întorci din centru la cazare. Departe de stația principala de tren, de port.

Perfekte Unterkunft zur Erkundung der Cinque Terre.

Sehr sauber.Netter Vermieter. Problemlose Kommunikation über WhatsApp wegen Schlüsselübergabe bei Check in und Checkout. Sichere und vorallem kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, non manca nulla. ☺️ Presenti sia la lavatrice che lavastoviglie che asciugacapelli (non sempre presenti). Alessandro, il proprietario, disponibile sia in fase di prenotazione che durante la nostra permanenza, voto 10! Ha accolto senza problemi anche il nostro cane pur non essendo di piccola taglia. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sicuramente soggiorneremo da lui 💪

Got an alternative appartment

Het geboekte appartement was niet vrij, door een gasprobleem. Maar we kregen een appartement in het gebouw ernaast. Gelukkig kregen we deze oplossing. Het was wel een andere 'stijl' appartement, niet zo modern en oubolliger. Maar ruim genoeg en had alle faciliteiten. Heel handig was ook de privé parkeerplek vior de auto. Het is op 10min wandelen van treinstation. Genoeg winkels in de buurt om boodschappen te doen.

Beetje jammer dat de verandering van appartement ons niet vantevoren werd gecommuniceerd.
