Il locale era molto elegante, soprattutto la mia camera con la cabina armadio comodissima. L’acqua che cambia subito temperatura e il getto della doccia molto piacevole. Posizione della struttura comoda, essendo a pochi metri a piedi dalla Coop e dalle stazioni dei bus.
Il frigo è un po’ piccolo e rinfresca un po’ lentamente anche con la potenza al massimo, ma comunque ci è bastato tranquillamente.

Le logement est propre , confortable, situé à 9min en voiture de la gare centrale de La Spezia donc pratique pour la visite des cinque terre. Nous avons pu nous garer près du logement les 2 soirs. Stationnement gratuit de 20h à 8h
Pas de produit ménager, pas d éponge ni de torchon pour la vaisselle .

On peut se garer facilement (MAIS pas de parcmètre, il faut utiliser l'application Easypark). Supermarché à côté. Quartier calme.
Pour quatre personnes que 2 sièges dans la cuisine... Manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine.
