It's a good appartement for 2 nights

At my arrival I had to waiting for the place's manager 30 minutes at the door to get the keys. Check out at 10am. Come on!!! Unfortunately I didn't notice while booking.

Extremely disappointing, dirty place, very rude hosts, view from the flat is into run down backyard.

Rude hosts, flat looks different to the pictures, things inside the flat do not work: shower door does not close, air conditioning leaked on the first day flooding our room with water, stale smell in the flat from sewage system not working properly, very poor transport links (we had to walk / wait for a bus to get to any place for a minimum of 20 minutes each time, excluding actual time on the bus)

DONT STAY HERE

The front door will not stay shut and we cannot lock it from the inside to secure it for safety. We told the lady while we were there and we cannot stay here with our children at the door cannot shut or lock. She ran off and told us to call booking if we had a problem knowing we couldn’t get our money back if they didn’t approve it. I will try to attach videos on this review if it’ll let me

An OK experience

I communicated my arrival in a timely manner, and nevertheless was left on the street with my elderly mother for almost an hour, waiting for the host. I keep texting her, asking what was happening and for an ETA, but although my texts were read, I received no reply. I tried calling her but my calls were declined. Finally got a hold of the host, and when she showed up, to my dismay, the host told me I had to pay in cash because she had tried to charge my credit card twice, and it failed both times. None of this made any sense because I knew I had already paid in full via paypal. Although the host said she spoke English, she really did not understand when I kept trying to tell her that i had already paid in full. I had to use my mobile data to pull up my email showing I had paid, which finally settled the issue (both me and my mother thought for a minute she was trying to extort money from us). The biggest headache however, is that her failed attempts to charge my card resulted in issues with my banks. The apartment was OK. It had the amenities we had expected but the beds were very uncomfortable and the flat was very cold. I followed the host's instructions on use of the thermostat but it didn't change the temperature, I googled the manual and still couldn't figure it out. We were freezing cold all night and ended up sleeping in our coats. This less than great experience, which was a bit of a no-choice situation after my original accommodation plans were cancelled less than 24 hours before I was slated to check-in, was not the high point of a four-week trip across western Europe.

Not recommended host

The property was ok, nothing special but the staff was very rude with us. She charged us extra 20eur because we arrived at 8pm. We didn’t want to pay that, than she left us on the street. She came back 20minutes later and she let us in. I don’t recommend.

A great place to visit cinque terre. Very cozy appartment with all you would possibly need in the heart of a lovely La Spezia right next to the local harbor. A very nice and kind host!

Close to the beach, spacious, extra folded bed, spare towels and plenty of blankets to keep you warm.

Hard bed in second bedroom, no teaspoons, no iron.

Tutto perfetto

È stato un soggiorno di una settimana molto gradevole, appartamento accogliente, pulito ben attrezzato, zona comoda e tranquilla, anche un piccolo inconveniente con i riscaldamenti, la proprietaria subito si è presentata all appartamento per risolvere il piccolo problema. Tutto buono.

La sporcizia,il forno avevo cibo vecchio incrostato ,peli nel letto andrebbe rivisto la pulizia generale peccato perché sarebbe anche un bel appartamentino.

Rien on n’a pas pu y loger (info une semaine avant !)

Nous avions loué cet appartement mais nous n’y avons pas eu accès . Nous avons été logé l’hôtel lia art hôtel . Évidement quand vous louez un appartement avec. Deux chambres et une cuisine c’est Ue vous avez des raisons….l’hotel était bien placé mais il a fallut aller au restaurant pour chaque repas …

L' appartement qui nous était alloué a été abîmé nous avons été reclasser dans les chambres de l'hôtel sans supplément. Nous avons apprécié leur réactivité.

Bien mais je ne recommande pas vu l’aimabilité que nous avons eu à l’accueil.

Propreté et quartier calme.

L’arrivée ne s’est pas bien passée du tout. Tout d’abord, nous avons dû aller chercher les clefs sur un autre site que l’appartement, pas très pratique, mais soit. Nous arrivons à 18h15 au lieu de 18h et on nous oblige à payer 20€ en plus « pour retard » alors que le personnel était sur place et ne semblait pas partir de si tôt. Ça n’était pas écrit dans l’annonce. Mais la dame à l’accueil ne veut rien savoir. Nous repayons également la taxe de séjour alors que nous l’avions payé sur internet au moment de la réservation ! Grosse arnaque ! Ensuite l’appartement n’est pas vraiment conforme. Les chaises ne sont pas à la hauteur de la table donc très pratique pour faire un repas entre amis n’est ce pas ! Beaucoup d’ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas, luminosité très faible. Une moka oui, mais sans café, à quoi ça sert ? Pas de tire bouchons… en bref, un appartement mal équipé et non conforme ! Et en plus une dame qui vous arnaque dès que vous arrivez ! JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS ! Ça ne vaut pas le prix que nous avons payé.

Le canapé remplacé par un lit, le manque de couvertures en plus, l’hygiène/propreté de manière générale et certaines choses cassées dont le verrou de la porte…
