Il proprietario Stefano è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile, risponde praticamente subito ai messaggi. Nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo ci ha spiegato dettagliatamente come arrivare l’appartamento e dove parcheggiare e ci ha dato informazioni utilissime per raggiungere le Cinque Terre. L’appartamento é grazioso e silenzioso, in zona pedonale; i letti sono molto comodi. Il proprietario mette a disposizione anche caffè, the, bevande e long drinks.
Essendo all’interno di un palazzo storico, per raggiungere l’appartamento al terzo piano non vi è l’ascensore. Nonostante questo punto negativo la grande cortesia del proprietario la rende superabile visto che ci ha aiutato a portare in appartamento le valigie e si è anche reso disponibile a portarci al parcheggio con la sua macchina! Impagabile!

6 flights of stairs can be challenging. Bathroom very narrow but fully equipped.

The location was good and the flat a good size
Aircon very useful and double glazed windows shut out the street noise
Handy washing machine and vacuum
Kitchen was tiny and not easy to prepare food in. The dish washing facilities were poor watered down wash up liquid and other people’s used dish sponges and no tea towel. No desert spoons
Not enough loo rolls for a week and bathroom radiator was very dusty Electric kept tripping with more than one appliance on
More info on buses and water ferry’s would have been good we struggled to find a bus timetable in the city got on without a ticket and got fined. You can’t pay on bus like in UK lesson learnt the hard way
