Great stay - apartment was perfect

Fabulous apartment! Had everything you could need, close to train station. Eduardo was extremely helpful and responsive!

Loved it, 10/10✨

I have never stayed in accommodation like this before. It felt like our own apartment, with a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and everything was bright, spacious, and open. It had everything — from a washing machine to a fully equipped kitchen and a well-stocked bathroom. Very nicely decorated, and we felt completely relaxed. We could have easily spent a month here; it had everything we needed! We had a dog with us, and they welcomed us with dog bowls and some treats — very sweet gesture.

We didn’t feel very comfortable using the elevator, as it seemed old and not very reliable. This isn’t just about the accommodation, but overall — we didn’t feel very safe in La Spezia. However, we stayed there mainly to visit Cinque Terre, and for that, it was perfect.

Un weekend alla scoperta delle cinque Terre, Lerici e La Spezia

L'alloggio posizionato all'ultimo piano di un palazzo a cinque minuti a piedi è un ottimo punto di riferimento per visitare La Spezia o tutti i fantastici borghi delle cinque Terre. Gli interni sono di recente ristrutturazione con materiali moderni e l'ultimo piano gode di tutta la tranquilla che si vuole durante una breve vacanza. Nell'alloggio l'host Edoardo ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno, di cui, acqua, alimenti per la colazione, prodotti per il bagno, olio , sale e pepe, che normalmente le persone non si portano per brevi periodi. Il quartiere multietnico sembra tranquillo e ci sono tutti i servizi, quali minimarket o bar nelle vicinanze.

Il parcheggio in strada è un po' difficile da trovare , ma se si insiste a girare nei dintorni è possibil che si liberi velocemente un posto. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, ma è possibile anche usare l'app Easy Park.

Günstige Lage zum Bahnhof, Supermarkt fussläufig, liebevolle Ausstattung der Wohnung.

Statt Waschmaschine wäre eine Spülmaschine besser. Die Schlafcouch war etwas durchgelegen und stark knarzend

Небольшая уютная квартира в многоквартирном доме (с лифтом), полностью обеспечена для проживания 4х человек. На кухне все есть (микроволновка, капсульная кофеварка, плита, посуда, бокалы, столовые приборы ...). Стиральная машина есть. Кровать и дива удобные. WiFi работает. В одном квартале от квартиры продуктовый магазин. Вокзал в пешей доступности для путешествия по Чинквитере. Заселение/Выселение было бесконтактным, хозяин все инструкции выслал заранее.

Рядом проходит железная дорога, но она не мешала. С парковками, как и в любом другом городе Италии, сложно, есть платные, но что бы найти место надо постараться.

Que dire de plus que ce que disent les commentaires précédents ? RIEN. L’appartement est juste parfait ! Il est très propre, spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup beaucoup de goût 😍 Il est ultra complet, parfait pour se faire à manger et déjeuner le matin. L’hôte est super accessible. Il y a des places de parking juste devant le bâtiment à 1€ de 8h30 à 20h. On est proche de la gare et du centre ville.

Feliz estancia en la Spezia

La decoración es muy bonita. Todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Totalmente equipado y muy cerca de la estación de trenes

Al edificio le falta mantenimiento, y se escucha un poco el paso de los trenes y alguna televisión de algún vecino, quizá algo a tener en cuenta para personas que tengan problemas a la hora de conciliar el sueño

L appartement était parfait , très bien accueilli , de bonne adresse fourni par le propriétaire . Niveau isolation, propreté et commodité l’appartement est juste parfait.

Super !

Un accueil très chaleureux par le papa d'Edward qui nous attendait pour la remise des clés. Merci à lui ! L'appartement a été refait à neuf et avec beaucoup de goût, même nos deux ados ont "kiffé" 😉. A disposition, nous avions des boissons fraîches, du café, du thé, et des viennoiseries. L'appartement est très proche à pied du centre historique et de la gare. Des places de parking hors zone ZTL sont justes devant l'immeuble.

Peut-être qu'il serait appréciable d'ajouter des rideaux occultants dans la chambre et le salon ?

Un apartament foarte frumos, confortabil, modern, curat, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Gazda foarte buna, prietenoasa. Cafea, ceai, apa, produse alimentare pt mic dejun.

Cartierul pare nesigur dar nu au fost incidente. Orice disconfort creat de cartier si vecini e compensat de calitatea apartamentului si a gazdei.

Très bel appartement pour découvrir les Cinque Terre et plus…

Superbe appartement tout neuf dans un belle immeuble à 5 min à pied de la gare pour découvrir les Cinque Terre. Très bien équipé, aménagé pour se sentir comme à la maison. Facile de se garer dans la rue (meme semaine de l’ascension pour 1€ de8h30 à 30h). A proximité du centre et du marché de la Spezzia.Excellent accueil et contact avec Eduardo et son père. Hâte de revenir😜

Qui dit proximité de la gare dit on entend les trains dans a chambre( un peu les voisins qui écoute la télé aussi) mais très calme au Salon
