Perfect pretty apartment in a quiet location but a short walk to the centre of La Spezia

This is a gorgeous little ground floor apartment. The owner has paid a lot of attention to detail and had lovely decoration and little touches every where. Great size bathroom with shower and great air conditioning. The owner is very very helpful and is available whenever you need anything

Ruhige Lage und nah zum Bahnhof gelegen

- kostenloser Parkplatz - Lage: 15min zum Bahnhof - Waschmaschine und Trockner - stilvoll eingerichtet

- das Frühstück hat noch Luft nach oben, für mich fehlt da noch etwas gesundes und etwas zu trinken (außer Kaffee und Wasser)

Cheio muito forte de fossa do banheiro e chuveiro ruim e box muito pequeno.

Mala experiencia con la propietaria.

Lo que más nos gustó fue su ubicación. Se puede ir andando a la estación de trenes. También se aparcaba bien.

No nos gustó que la cama supletoria fuera tan incómoda. Tenemos dos niños mayores y no pudieron dormir en los tres días que estuvimos. No cuesta nada poner algo cómodo. Tampoco nos gustó la actitud de la dueña. Nada más llegar,, ayude a mí hija a subir la maleta al habitáculo de la cama supletoria y una ventana tragaluz que estaba mal sujeta , se nos cayó y Se nos vino encima. Se lo comentamos a la dueña y nos dijo que habíamos sido nosotros. No entiendo cómo nos dijo eso. Primero porque nosotros tenemos dos hijos adultos que no juegan ya, y menos con las ventanas y segundo que la ventana tendría que estar bien puesta, no pegada. Se le podría haber caído a algún niño pequeño.

Maravilloso

La comodidad del alojamiento, amplitud de las habitaciones y detalles de la anfitriona. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Muy limpio y bien decorado. También me gustó mucho la situación, a 15 minutos andando de la estación central de trenes para visitar las Cinque Terre y cerca del centro de La Spezia. Es muy fácil aparcar en la misma calle.

Lo único que mejoraría es que tuviera microondas.
