Beware of the stairs
The apartment is very cosy and confortabl. All the details make You feel like home. The owner was very helpful and the took care of everithing.

Property was clean and the instructions to get into property were very easy to follow due to nice and responsive hosts The apartament is spacious with everything you need inside Lots of parking available Very nice view from the window - perfect for morning coffee

Nice experience
The apartment is brand new has everything you need . Very comfortable. The house is in the nature , with private garden for BBQ or eat outside.
There are a lot of stone stairs, almost 100 steps . But it’s normal in Cinque terre stairs.

La struttura è molto molto pulita, la casa l’abbiamo trovata calda e accogliente oltre che profumata.

Außen „PFUI“, innen „HUI“
- Das Appartement selbst (Design, Stil, Ambiente) - Die Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Salz, Pfeffer, Shampoo, Küchenutensilien…) - die Kommunikation mit den netten Vermietern - tägliches Workout mit den Treppen inklusive
- die Umgebung: viel Müll, Unordnung, kaputte Autos, schlechte Parkplätze, in teils zwielichtiger Umgebung, auch um das Haus ist viel Müll und „Messy-vibe“ - die Nachbarn: Man teilt sich das Haus mit vielen anderen Wohnungen, als junge weibliche Reisende, fühlt man sich nicht sehr wohl, wenn nur laute Männer unter einem wohnen, welche teilweise vor der Tür sitzen und stark nach Gras riechen - das KLO: Man darf kein Klopapier in das Klo werfen, bei Verstopfung zahlt der Gast. Trotz Maßnahmeneinhaltung ist ein deutlicher, andauernder Kanalgeruch in der Wohnung vorhanden. - Garten ist nicht verwendbar in unseren Augen, wird mit anderen Parteien geteilt - der Fernseher ist eher ein kleiner PC Bildschirm mit schlechtem Sound

Excellent séjour, nous avons passé une superbe semaine!
Le calme et d’être à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de La Spezia. Mais aussi à la compréhension de Batiste suite à un changement tardif de nos dates de séjour.
Le fait qu’il ne faille pas mettre le papier wc dans les toilettes 😏
