Beau logement spacieux pour 4 personnes, les chambres sont grandes. Proche de la gare , nous pouvions y aller à pied. Daniel réactif à nos demandes.

Une découverte de La Spezia et des cinq terres dans un cadre agréable,

L’appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. A part un couteau de cuisine qu’il aurait été pratique d’avoir, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour.

La circulation importante qui nous a obligé à fermer les fenêtres la nuit alors que les températures étaient fraîches. Dommage mais pas insurmontable,

Estaba equipado con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos un inconveniente en el check-in y el propietario puso todo de su parte, solucionándolo al instante.

Por poner una pega a la estancia, el sumidero de la ducha tragaba muy despacio, inundando el plato de ducha.

Très belle appartement

L emplacement, proche a pieds du centre, du port et de la gare. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking gratuit. L appartement était très propre, très bien équipé, la literie tres bonnne et avec cette chaleur nous avons apprécié la nuit la climatisation.. L appartement se situe à 10 minutes d un coop qui nous a permit de faire des courses sans prendre la voiture. emplacement idéal pour visiter cette magnifique région à partager avec des amis. je ne peux que recommander ce logement

Seul petit bémol la porte de la douche devrait être opacifiee, car l appartement si il présente 2 salles de bains ne présente qu une seule douche séparant les 2 salle de bains.

Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Il est propre et de qualité. L’hôte et la personne référante sont très disponibles et attentionnés.

Le train se situe à 15 min à pied. Mais étant de bons marcheurs, cela ne nous a pas embêté.

Appartamento al top!

Appartamento davvero molto accogliente, attrezzato e rifinito. La posizione al terzo ed ultimo piano di un piccolo condominio garantisce anche un ottimo comfort acustico. Una suddivisione degli spazi originale e uno studio attento dell'arredamento la rendono una delle strutture migliori tra quelle che ho provato finora. Complimenti e grazie ancora ad Elisa che ci ha seguito con grande attenzione e cura, continuate così!

- L'appartement est agréable - La literie vraiment géniale nous sommes assez difficiles et vraiment elle est de qualité - La propreté du logement - La décoration - La place de parking - Proximité de la gare (900m) pour visiter sereinement les Cinque Terre - La sympathie des hôtes et réactivité - Elisa pour son accueil

- Le seul petit bémol s'il fallait en donner un le bruit de la rue la nuit - Pas de râpe à fromage 😅 comment faire pour réaliser nos pâtes carbonara sans cet instrument essentiel en Italie ☺️

Très belle décoration. Très propre. Tres bien équipé. Personnel très accueillant. ( entrée autonome mais la personne est venu le lendemain pour nous donner un tas d’info touristique)

À savoir il n’y a pas vraiment 2 salles d’eau indépendantes comme dit dans le descriptif, elles partagent en fait la même douche ( qui fait office de séparation) donc utilisation simultanée des salles d’eau problématique si on veut de l’intimité. Mais nous, ça nous allait 😄

Piacevole esperienza con host super reattivo.. da tornare!

Struttura bellissima.Prima dell'arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un link per il check-in online e un altro link contenente una guida dedicata a noi con il nostro nome. Potevamo consultarla dal cellulare è stato molto comodo, abbiamo apprezzato tanto. Gradevoli i consigli dell'host, nella guida ci sono state segnalate diverse attività molto coinvolgenti oltre ai soliti bar e ristoranti. Il parcheggio privato si è rivelato molto utile inoltre la struttura dista praticamente una via dalla stazione. L'appartamento si vede che è stato appena ristrutturato è nuovo. Molto pulito, belle spaziose le camere e molto grandi le tv. Carino lo stile moderno e silenziosa la zona. Tutte le tapparelle sono elettroniche e la cucina a induzione fa la sua figura. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'host era sempre disponibile, super reattivo e disponibile anche a tarda ora. Non ci è mai mancato nulla, la casa è dotata di ogni confort. Se il prezzo rimarrà in linea anche l'anno prossimo sapremo da chi tornare. Qualità prezzo top!!!
