L'appartamento di Giovanni è esattamente come i foto. Super moderno super accogliente. La pulizia top e la posizione della casa fantastica. Vicino alla stazione, cosa per noi fondamentale per visitare le 5 terre. Ho soggiornato insieme a mio marito e ai miei bambini che non volevano più andare via.
Veramente tutto bellissimo e completo di tutto. Stoviglie, lenzuola, detersivi. Non mancava nulla. Giovanni molto accogliente e gentile.

The view was amazing! We especially enjoyed the patio, as well as the ceiling windows! The host was also super attentive and responsive.
Unfortunately, we did not have any extra toilet paper supplied to us. The wifi was also not the best, but it was manageable.

I really liked the finished wooden beams, as the apartment is located on the top floor
1. The small terrace lacked the table and chairs shown in the Booking photos.
2. The bathroom was quite worn out; the shower head holder was broken on one side, and the bidet faucet was in poor condition.
3. The amenities were disappointing: we found only half a roll of toilet paper, the hand soap seemed like diluted floor cleaner, and there was no shower gel at all. I actually had to message the host to ask for these basic supplies.
4. The location is not central; it’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center. Additionally, there is a social housing center nearby, which I found unappealing.
5. Although the photos on Booking showed a sofa bed as the second sleeping option, and the description didn't mention otherwise, we arrived to find two folding cots for children set up next to the main bed. This was completely unacceptable and not what we paid for.
