Apartment is spacious and in a quiet residential area. Raffaella responded to my message quickly. She is a very helpful owner. She helped me to call taxi back to train station as we, a group of 4 people, were carrying many luggages.

It was perfect overall.

The apartment was perfectly located about 1km from the train station. Perfect location to stay if going to Cinque Terre. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and has a nice sized balcony. The host is very friendly. It was a very nice stay.

Go for it

Beautiful and clean apartment near La Spezia Centrale (train station). You can find everything you need for a comfortable rest like a real home. Moreover, the area is calm and there is a lift. Raffaella did her best to make our stay perfect. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great apartment for city trip and cinque terre

Very good and nice communication with the host. The location and the size of the apartment are fine. It has an elevator and a self-chech-in was possible.

We miss a holder for the shower head and 3 of 6 light bulbs were defect. And there was only plastic wine glasses. I understand the advantage, but for me a no-go for a wine region.

Superb

Everything was great, the apartment was sparkling clean, the ac was working fine, we had everything we needed. The location is not in the city center but still a walking distance from all main points of interest. The host was very friendly, as soon as we booked the trip she contacted us via whatsapp and was very available. We had a great communication with her☺️ there are free parking spots right near the building and also a supermarket.

The bathtub was very small, there is no shower glass and the water gets everywhere. Also, we had only one roll of toilet paper for 4 days and 2 people, it was insufficient. Just beacuse of these two points we did not gave a 10, everything else was perfect and Raffi was very sweet.

Beautiful Cinque Terre hideaway

Raffy was a fantastic host, great communication and helped us get to know the local area. The balcony and views were to die for and it’s a quick walk from the train station to the apartment. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very nice apartment, clean and nicely located (close to the station for Cinque Terre, the harbour within 20min walk).

The council tax wasn’t included so we had to pay extra. The train passes next to the apartment, can be a little be noisy for young children. However, perfectly fine for adults since it stops early.

Incredibili prezzo, vista, host, tranquillità

Prezzo per appartamento intero, politica di cancellazione e host davvero super. Host particolarmente disponibile e facile da contattare. Dimensioni e arredamento ottimali, vista bellissima, infissi totalmente insonorizzanti (per eventuali persone in strada che parlano, per il resto super tranquillo). Parcheggio comodo sotto casa. Pulizia e disponibilità di arredi ed elettrodomestici.

Un unico difetto e due consigli: veramente troppo profumo in casa, ovunque; il materasso di stanza uno è sufficiente ma secondo me è da cambiare per migliorarne il comfort; il climatizzatore funziona ma fa dei rumori in accensione/spegnimento.

Un très bon séjour, à proximité de lieux touristiques dans un appartement très agréable.

Un très bon accueil de Raffaela, qui a été très disponible. L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. La situation géographique nous a permis de visiter les Cinque Terre en train. Très bon séjour. Je recommande.

L appartamento pulito ed accogliente, l impatto iniziale è un profumo e una coccola per l ospite. Appartamento spazioso e abbastanza silenzioso. In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione ferroviaria o il centro storico. Nella fornitura ci sono capsule per il caffè, zucchero sale olio tovagliette per pranzo e tovaglioli, e prodotti per pulizia (bagno e cucina)

Ridotta fornitura di posateria, solo 1 panno asciugapiatti, lampadine flebili in sala e attenzione allo spigolo della cappa In corrispondenza del lavello in cucina. Aggiungo che siamo stati invitati via whatsapp a lasciare una recensione da 10 (tutto documentato - a quanto sappiamo, gli albergatori non possono influenzare direttamente il punteggio che gli ospiti attribuiscono, né possono chiedere di essere valutati con un punteggio specifico. )

Decepción al llegar, las fotos engañan.

La ubicación

Tiene un solo aparato de aire acondicionado para toda la vivienda y está averiado. Las hoyas y sartenes para cambiarlas están sucias y abolladas. El colchón de la habitación nº1 esta hundido y suena el cabecero cuando te mueves. No tiene calefactor en el cuarto de baño, se pasa frio al ducharse. El toldo de la terraza está rajado y hay botes de pintura y rodillo en ella, causa mal efecto. Había pocas perchas en los armarios y de alambre; he comprado perchas y se las he dejado allí. El apartamento necesita un mantenimiento que no tiene desde hace tiempo. Hemos pasado frio por las noches y al ducharnos, ya que tiene calefacción central pero no la conectaban y el aparato de aire acondicionado averiado. El horno no lo pudimos usar de la suciedad que tenía.

Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta dobra lokacija za obilazak lokalnih znamenitosti. Kuhinja veoma dobro opremljena. Raffella je bila od pomoći i jako ljubazna za sve što nam je trebalo. Ima terasu!

Parking zahteva malo traženja ako nema ispred zgrade ali nije strašno.
