Pleasant & well-located apartment
Spacious apartment with basically everything needed. Located well for visiting the Cinque Terra. It's around 15/20 min walk to trainstation or city centre, but facilities (groceries, restaurant) can also be found in the area around the appartement. Also cool views from the balcony, and last but not least, Sara was very attentive in her communication. She truly seemed to care about making your stay pleasant.

I loved my stay there
The apartment was very roomy and provided me with all of the basic appliances and necessities. Even the coffee was included, which apparently always tastes better on a holiday. It was comfortable, nicely decorated but nothing intruded my personal space. Everything was working perfectly and was in new/great condition. I also enjoyed that there was a window with shades in every room and the view from the balcony. Once a week, there is a food cart downstairs, called "Small Fry". They make fried fish and chips, which were fantastic. All felt very charming. I had a great time there and loved my stay.

Great Location for exploring Cinque Terre
Lovely apartment! Sara was super helpful and always checked in with us, offering assistance on any requests we had. I would definetly recommend staying here.

Slabé ubytovanie
Relatívne blízko ku vlakovej stanici, východiskový bod na návštevu Cinque Terre.
Problém s parkovaním! Ubytovanie nič moc v danej cenovej relácii! Objednane pre štyri osoby a posteľné obliečky len pre troch! Domáca nemal moc záujem to vyriešiť! Lokalita kde je nejaká charita alebo niečo podobné vo večerných hodinách veľký pohyb asi utečencov.

Logement spacieux pour 2, bien placé.
Appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes (sauf la cabine de douche et la salle de bain), bien équipé, avec petit ascenseur (max 3 personnes). Appartement assez frais , même sans la climatisation. Stationnement gratuit dans les rues et sur le petit parking en face (mais il faut avoir un peu de chance !). Logement à 10 minutes à pied du Coop pour les courses, 15 minutes de la gare pour le train des 5 Terres, et à 15 minutes du port et centre-ville. Hôtesse réactive !
Rue et alentours relativement bruyants matin (dès 6-7h) et soir (jusqu'à minuit). Au moins on est prêts à partir en visite de bonne heure ! La cabine de douche (sans doute 70 cm, max 80 cm) est vraiment étroite. Personnes corpulentes s'abstenir !

Logement idéal pour un séjour de vacances. Y aller les yeux fermés
Très propre, bonne localisation à quelques minutes de la Coop (7min) de la gare (15min) et du port (30min) à pied. Heureusement que l’appartement était équipé d’une Clim car il faisait très chaud durant notre séjour et d’un ascenseur car l’appartement est au 4e étage. Places de parking gratuites en bas du logement.
Manque d’un four pour cuisiner certains plats, la canalisation de la douche qui s’écoule très lentement

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR EN FAMILLE A LA SPEZIA ET 5 TERRES
Je recommande fortement cet appartement, très bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres (15 minutes à pied de la gare de train & 20 minutes du port), le marché et le centre de la Spezia sont pas très loin non plus, Places de parking gratuites possible sur la rue, j'ai eu la chance de trouver des places facilement. Sara la propriétaire était super gentille, un grand merci pour la bouteille de vin, et aussi elle nous a donné pas mal de tips sur les endroits à visiter, il faut absolument visiter Lerici si vous êtes dans le coin (prendre le bus ou la voiture) L'appartement est très propre avec tous ce qu'il faut, 1 petit ascenseur atypique mais très fonctionnel (4ème étage) les enfants ont adoré, excellent rapport qualité prix. Sale de douche un peux petite mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé En général excellent séjour à la Spezia et aux cinques terres

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement 15 min de la gare, 10 min d’un grand supermarché et le port est accessible à pied. Trottinettes électriques à proximité pour les amateurs Le logement est confortables et lumineux Toutes commodités sont présentes Hôte réactive et sympathique ! Parking Ascenseur
