A cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Super cozy and clean, easy and very friendly communication and check-in, also lots of advice! I really felt at home.

Some more hangers in the wardrobe would be great and maybe a bigger mirror. Unfortunately the neighborhood in this tiny street is quite dirty, which is a shame, bc the owners of this apartment put much effort into having a nice entrance area with lots of plants.

Very clean, recently renovated, great host and staff, comfortable bead and good bathroom.

Location is a bit far from the train station but nothing unmanageable.

Amazing place to stay!

Chiara was amazing!! From the very beginning of our booking she took care of us. She even took the time to go for us to the train station, our arrival was smooth and got everything we needed in amazing condition, everything looked brand new in a very nice area, Chiara recommended us different places to eat and she wasn’t wrong:) thanks a lot! If you wanna do the 5 terre trip, this is your place to stay.

The perfect little rustic getaway, with a great location, beautiful aesthetic and cozy vibe

The aesthetic of this property was a great blend of modern interior and traditional Italian atmosphere, which created a very homey feeling for our stay. A huge thank you to the host family for being so accomodating and selfless for ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible

Great hospitality and comfortable accommodation

The apartment is cozy, well-furnished, and spotless. It‘s in a quiet spot of the city, a 15 minute walk from the train station and about 20-30 minutes to get to the city centre.

The property is in a side street at the end of the city. As a female solo traveller, I didn’t always feel entirely comfortable getting back to the accommodation after sunset. But otherwise absolutely no problem.

My solo travels

Immaculate place to stay friendly owners , Really like how it as been decorated etc , complimentary wine water and treats were most welcome. Bed very comfortable, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of La Spezia . Pizza place across the road is amazing, room was nice and cool at night without the need of air con .

A very nice property with a blend of old style feel and modern equipments. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff team were exceptionally welcoming and guided us really well for the city whereabouts. Great Value for money!

The hosts were very kind and made every effort to ensure our pleasant stay. They were understanding when we needed to adjust our check-in time. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, and well kept. There were many delightful and intuitive touches, and the hosts welcomed feedback about our experience.

It was nicely renovated and decorated with very nice materials.

There were no windows, except one near the door which if you wanted to open we loose your privacy! The smell of the apartment was terrible from the humidity and this problem is very important to solve. Also the apartment is located in a narrow & dark backstreet, which makes it an unattractive location.

Great value for money

We had a wonderful time in the apartment! The host is just great, shared so many great recommendations for dining, city itself and best way to travel to 5terres. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and modern. Very easy to get to the city center by using the public transport or a walk like 20min. Free public parking is available just next to the apartment

La camera è molto curata con stile ricercato. La sera era bello rientrare anche per la presenza di tutti i confort all'interno della stanza. Poter parcheggiare senza problemi in zona non ha prezzo.

La posizione non è delle più comode, 20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse (Stazione, Porto centro di La Spezia).

Comfort e tranquillità garantita

Monolocale situato in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con la comodità di avere tutto nei dintorni (bar/pasticceria, ristoranti, ferrovia..). Abbiamo apprezzato il benvenuto che ci hanno riservato, l'arredamento essenziale ma funzionale e soprattutto la disponibilità dei locatori.

Scarsa dotazione di pentole, padelle e relativi coperchi.
