Appartamento meritevole
Tutto perfetto come descritto e raffigurato nelle immagini. Bellissimo e comodissimo nuovo appartamento ottimo anche per il parcheggio introvabile a La Spezia
la struttura esterna non valorizza l'appartamento ma passa subito in secondo ordine.

Eccezionale!
Appartamento nuovissimo spazioso e molto luminoso, pulizia impeccabile, apprezzati anche i terrazzini che aprono il panorama sui monti. Forse da migliorare l'attrezzatura della cucina un pò minima ma siamo stati tre giorni e alla fine non ci ha cosi limitato perchè eravamo in due persone. La possibilità del parcheggio privato consente volendo di lasciare la macchina e spostarsi facilmente anche a piedi, la stazione si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti, la zona è molto tranquilla. L'host Andrea è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente!

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt in die Cinque Terre.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hat uns sehr gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Den Wohnungsschlüssel mußten wir in der nähe der Centrale Statione abholen (Parken kann man in der Tiefgerage. Von dort 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, groß, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Kostenloser und reservierter Parkplatz, kostenloses WLAN. Alles perfekt. Die Centrale Statione für die Bahnfahrt in die Cinque terre ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Porto Mirabello für Schiffsausflüge in die Cinque Terre ist in ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir konnten alle Ausflüge (Bahn, Schiff) zu Fuß unternehmen. Unser Auto stand 2 Tage vor der Wohnung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

L'état du logement qui est bien rénové, très propre. L'emplacement était calme.
Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour pouvoir utiliser le lave-vaisselle. .

Wirklich schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Sie war sehr hell und freundlich. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Es war keine Lage so das man kurz zu einem Strand laufen kann. Aber an sich war die Lage gut, eine Apotheke und ein Supermarkt waren in nächster Nähe.
