Appartamento molto pulito, posizione comoda e nonostante sia vicino alla strada non abbiamo avuto problemi per quanto riguarda i rumori esterni. L'host è stata gentile e disponibile. Ci sono supermercati e vari negozi vicino e anche la fermata del bus è a pochi passi. Consiglio vivamente.
Le uniche due cose da migliorare per rendere l'appartamento perfetto sono: la finestrina in bagno (dava un po' fastidio se lasciata aperta per fare andare via il vapore durante la doccia) e magari cambiare il materasso con un Memory foam più stabile. Però comunque è solo un consiglio, siamo stati bene ugualmente.

La ubicación cerca de la estación para poder visitar en tren los pueblos de Cinqueterre, con una parada de autobus al lado de la casa El dormitorio principal muy espacioso La cocina equipada Una terraza para poder tender la ropa de playa Aire acondicionado en las dos estancias

Per una famiglia con 2 bambini (5-6) è un appartamento completo, pulito e super attrezzato con cucina ben organizzata e supermercato a pochi passi. Ampia possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in zona gratuitamente. Zona tranquilla. Posizione non centralissima ad 1,2km dalla stazione centrale di la Spezia ma per visitare le 5 terre è molto comodo. C'è il bus per raggiungere velocemente la stazione, unica pecca l'ultima corsa è alle 20.30..
