Beautiful apartment with an incredible host

The apartment itself is gorgeous, really well equipped and had a lovely cosy feel. The location is fabulous, all the buildings around are gorgeous and it's near a lot of amenities. But what really made our stay amazing is the host herself. She went above and beyond from the moment we booked to make sure we had the best stay. We were travelling with our 4 month old and she did so much to ensure it would be as a easy as possible for us. She is also so friendly and approachable as well as communicative. Thank you so much!!! We have the most fabulous time.

Et dejligt ophold, vil klart anbefale stedet til andre.

God beliggenhed, hjemlig indretning, ren og pæn. En lejlighed med mange bekvemligheder og super beliggenhed ift. byens centrale togstation. Værten svarer prompte på beskeder og er super hjælpsom.

Porten ved gaden er meget vanskelig at åbne med nøgle. Husets øvrige beboer har samme problem. Naboerne er venlige til at lukke en ind. Udtjekning kl. 10 ville være dejligt.

Domvs Erminia è situata in una zona molto vicina a piedi dalla stazione (circa 15 minuti), è una casetta confortevole con tutto ciò che occorre e che ci si aspetta di trovare in un alloggio come questo. Il punto di forza per eccellenza di questa struttura è sicuramente Emanuela, un'host attenta, premurosa e molto disponibile. Ci ha dato diversi consigli per trascorrere al meglio il nostro soggiorno (cosa fare, cosa visitare, dove poter mangiare, eventi in zona). Un bijoux!

Klasse, immer wieder gerne.

Es hat alles super problemlos geklappt, wir sind spontan eingecheckt, alles lief reibungslos, die Unterkunft war überaus gut ausgestattet, und hatte sehr große Räume. Emanuela ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.

L'appartamento munito di tutto i comfort ha rispettato in toto le nostre aspettative.Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla grandezza del giardino/cortile interno e dalla presenza di una piscina-idromassaggio gonfiabile messa a disposizione gratuitamente dagli host.Gli host disponibilissimi a darci info utili riguardo il nostro soggiorno a La Spezia.

Echt heel erg genoten! Ik kom nog een keertje!

Heerlijk plek! Zeer verzorgd met oog voor leuke details! De tuin is ook echt fijn. De communicatie verliep prima! Ik heb echt genoten van het huis. Pak bus 3 (elke 10 min) naar het centrum (even eerst bus tickets van 1,50 halen bij de tabacchi) of loop er heen.

Het parkeren kan wellicht wel een uitdaging zijn, maar als je de kleinere straatjes in rijdt, kan je zomaar wel een plek vinden. Ik stond in het straatje schuin tegenover de parkeerplaats.
