For the price it was more than what we expected

Its very well organized, it has air conditioning, the beds were very comfortable, the small kitchen is very nice, we LOVED that it had a coffee machine 🥰, enough space, very safe and clean, near to the center and to a pastry-coffee shop The inside design very cute and smart, with lots of illumination Great service/ attention from staff

Unfortunately the windows and balcon doors are very thinn, wich leads to be very noisy, its not much that can be done, because also the walls are thinn and you can hear the neighbors noise. Also boiler is small, warm water would finish quickly There ist just one parking space for two apartments, it should probably say “limited free parking space”

Todo, la ubicación, la amabilidad del anfitrión, es un apartamento muy grande, tiene cocina, sala y muy limpio, me seguiré hospedando las veces que venga. Muy recomendado

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη η κουζίνα και έχει και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Έχει άνετους χώρους. Μεγάλο μπάνιο με ζεστό νερό. Έχει μπαλκόνι. Είχαμε αναλυτικές οδηγίες για το check in/out. Έχει self check in. Έχει κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά.

Θα προτιμούσαμε να έχει θέση παρκαρίσματος. Είναι λίγο ανηφορικά για να φτάσεις από το σταθμό των τρένων που όμως βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia confortable y agradable (cafetera, hervidor, tostador, microondas, horno, lavadora, menaje de cocina, colgador de ropa, productos de limpieza y frigorífico). También dispone de TV y aire acondicionado tanto en la cocina-comedor como en la habitación. El apartamento está en perfectas condiciones, inmejorable. Ojala cuidemos entre todos este apartamento para que todo el mundo pueda disfrutarlo en las condiciones en las que yo lo he disfrutado. El anfitrión, Giuseppe, muy amable y siempre dispuesto para cualquier cosa que necesites. De hecho, el apartamento se quedó sin luz debido a una tormenta y Giuseppe lo solucionó de forma inmediata. Por último, el apartamento está ubicado a 10 minutos andando de la estación central de la Spezia y dispone de aparcamiento privado gratuito.

El apartamento está a 25 minutos andando del centro histórico de la Spezia.

Logement correspond à la description, bien situé , hôte très disponible et nous a laissé accès au parking.

Super cazare in La Spezia

Am avut o sedere foarte placuta in La Spezia. Apartamentul este pur si simplu perfect! Este la 10 minute de mers lejer de gara si la 35 de minute de port. Daca nu am fi citit recenziile anterioare am fi crezut ca suntem primele persoane cazate acolo. Curatenia a fost perfecta! Izolarea fonica este foarte buna. Aveam alaturi famile cu copii si nu i-am auzit absolut deloc. Parea ca suntem singuri in tot blocul. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce e necesar: frigider, cuptor, plita, vase de gatit,masina de spalat etc, iar cele doua aparate de aer conditionat au fost perfecte pentru temperatura de afara. Gazda, Giuseppe, foarte de ajutor si foarte amabil! Multumim pentru cafea, ceai si apa rece din frigider, gasita dupa un drum atat de lung! Va recomandam cu tot dragul! Succes!

L’appart est très bien situé et très propre. Facilité de se garer devant l’appartement (ou coup de chance). Tous les équipements sont disponibles.

Goed verblijf gehad.

De plek is ideaal, er zijn bushaltes voor de deur waarmee je je gemakkelijk met het Ov kunt verplaatsen. Daarnaast is het centrum ook op loopafstand. Accommodatie is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met de host is snel en prettig!

Het vinden van een parkeerplek was lastig, maar is uiteindelijk na een aantal rondjes wel gelukt. Het bed was voor ons te hard en daardoor niet comfortabel. Het appartement is erg gehorig met zowel straatgeluiden als geluiden van de buren.

Top Lage, bemerkenswertes Appartement

Top Appartement, super Lage. Lokale und Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung hervorragend und makellos sauber. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Badezimmer 😊. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und hat sogar eine eigene Hundeschüssel zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.
