L’établissement était très bien placé ! Parking privée super très pratique car nous avons tout fait à pied !!! Appartement propre et lumineux, échange avec les hôtes faciles et de bonne indication pour trouver l'appartement.

Manque juste une couverture ou couette en plus pour cette période hivnernal. Manque des petites cuillères. Merciiiiii

La Spezia Cá Ninin

El departamento esta bien equipado con lavadora, plancha, tender y trapeador eléctrico. Giovanni fue muy amable, nos solucionó un imprevisto con la luz x mensaje y nos dio todas las indicaciones para el estacionamiento y el ingreso de la misma manera.

La cama, es un sofá cama con un colchón muy fino, las almohadas muy bajas y una sola por persona. El departamento figura para 3 personas pero es cómodo para 2.

ontzettend koud licht, ik zou voor een meer gele tint gaan. daarnaast waren de borden een beetje vies, er was geen afwasborstel. daarnaast zouden bakjes fijn zijn voor bijvoorbeeld yoghurt. tevens druppelde de airco en was er geen hor.

Appartement net buiten het centrum en ZTL, 15 minuten loopafstand van station La Spezia Centrale voor bezoek Le Cinque Terre, eventuele auto kun je wegzetten achter een hekwerk.

Douchegordijn is onhandig en niet hygiënisch, douchebak liep over, handdoeken roken niet fris

Excelente alojamento a 20 minutos a pé do comboio

O Givanni foi muito simpático do início ao fim, sempre responsivo e facilitou o nosso checkout mediante as nossas necessidades. As comodidades eram perfeitas e muito novas, tínhamos acesso a máquina de lavar roupa que nos foi muito útil, bem como todos os utensílios de cozinha que nos permitiram fazer as nossas refeições. O acesso ao parque privativo é um ponto muito positivo.

O chuveiro não é muito prático, apenas por ter cortina em vez de vidro.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Cinque Terre

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Apartment. Alles vorhanden, sehr neu, Waschmaschine super sauber. Küche alles notwendige da. 15 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und der Cinque Terre steht nichts mehr im Weg. Privater Parkplatz!
