Très bon accueil par Paula. Superbe appartement confortable et moderne au 3e étage sans ascenseur et à 15 minutes de la gare et des boutiques. Petit balcon agréable. Place de stationnement au bas de l'immeuble. Description et photos sur site tout à fait conformes avec la réalité !

Excelente hospedaje para conocer Cinque Terre y La Spezia.
Muy limpio y cómodo. Es un departamento ideal para una pareja. Tiene una cocina cómoda y hasta lavarropas. Cerca de la estación de tren, con ventanales y balcón. La atención de Paula es impecable y muy amable.
El desayuno es un tanto básico, sin ser un problema.

Les Cinque Terres à "portée de pieds"
Nous avons tout apprécié. Tout d'abord, l'accueil de Tiziano en personne (et non une boîte à clef comme c'est souvent le cas maintenant), très réactif et aux petits soins pour nous, une place de parking public, mais gratuite, au pied de l'immeuble, un appartement impeccable, avec tout le nécessaire, et un accès facile à pieds pour prendre les transports en commun : le bus pour Portovenere à quinze minutes, le train pour les Cinque Terre à quinze minutes également, et les ferries pour les Cinque Terres à trente minutes. Que du bonheur pour nous qui aimons la marche. Nous n'avons pas eu à prendre la voiture une seule fois en quatre jours. Bonne continuation à vous

Idéal pour visiter les 5 terres en train
Accueil de Paula et son ami. La situation de l'appartement idéal près de la gare (pour aller visiter les 5 terres) et une place de parking gratuite en bas de l'immeuble. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied même les courses pour le petit déjeuner.

Ottima qualità prezzo della struttura, comodo per poter visitare le Cinque Terre e molto pulita. Host disponibile e gent
Paula molto gentile e disponibile sempre. Casa molto bella, ci è piaciuto in particolare la pulizia, l’organizzazione, la disposizione della casa e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare e fare colazione. Inoltre c’è stato anche l’omaggio della proprietaria al nostro arrivo. Comodo parcheggio gratuito sotto casa e la stazione a 20 minuti a piedi da casa.
Unica pecca che i due ventilatori presenti non permettevano di raffreddare appieno la camera da letto e quindi durante la notte il caldo della settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato si è fatta sentire.

Apartament super, wszystko co potrzeba znajduje się w nim.Po przyjeździe czekała na nas focaccia co było bardzo miłe, bardzo przestronny i czysty, piękny widok z balkonu, pralka dostępna, parking darmowy pod blokiem, około 25 minut piechotą do dworca i centrum, około 150 metrów do sklepu i piekarni. Z właścicielem Paula bardzo dobry kontakt na whatsapp.Paula dziękujemy bardzo miły pobyt w Twoim apartamencie- następnym razem napewno z niego skorzystamy 😊Paula brakowało tylko żelazka i deski do prasowania.
