Clean and quiet flat, nice host

The host was very helpful and answered quickly. We got the keys in a safebox. The flat was clean and quiet. You can easily walk to the city center (20min) or trainstation (15min).

There is no wifi in the flat. There is no kettle for the tea, only a coffee machine. There is no kitchen equipement such as paper towels or aluminium foil if you want to pack sandwiches. There is no shower gel & shampoo.

Noce stay when on a budget

It’s a nice budget option and the host was very welcoming.

It really is a budget option and you should understand this before booking. The apartment is not the most comfortable one, and the shower is super small. We enjoyed our stay, but guests expecting more than a budget option should book something else.

Great Stay in La Spezia

-The apartment was clean. -Kitchen tools are enough for our needs. -The host is very responsive and helpful. -The host left for us Tea and Coffee for the morning which we appreciate very much. -La Spezia is safe and very pleasant Town but, the public transportation are not working after 8 pm.

-The apartment is near to the train station and the train passing sound did not disturb us at all it was ok, but the heating system to start and restart with a repetitive sound was a problem but we didn't need any heating during our stay so we turned it off.

Good

The apartman is really good, equipped with everything you need for a holiday. To get the keys was really painful but the guys were great and friendly, they only speak italian so we had to use google translate sometimes but they were helpful. Keep that in mind that the apartman is right next to the train tracks so it could be loud time to time, if you can only sleep when it is quiet just bring earplugs with you. I didn't have any problem with sleeping though without earplugs. I would stay here again.

Disappointing

The size of The apartament and location.

First of all what is really important - apartament is next to railway and You hear every train and No chance to sleep. If I know that I would never book this. No night full of sleeping.. Then get the Keys - after 1,5km walk from main station there was nobody there. We have to call and wait 25 minutes.. The host is not speaking english. He is nice but this noise of trains - terrible. There is no wifi. Equipment in The kitchen was on poor level. There was not clean enough.

Host was very kind, place was a good find for the price

Host was very communicative and met us to give us the keys and detailed information about the place and La Spezia. Rooms were clean, facilities were good, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookingware.

Wifi access would have been nice.

Apartment didn't have wifi but being out in Cinque Terre most of the day, it wasn't too big of a deal.

Nice flat withing a walking distance of city center. Property is just enough for a couple to sleep over and preparing a dinner. Good pizzeria located nearby, check it out, if you can.

Accueil agréable et bon emplacement

- L'emplacement (proche de la gare à pied) et possibilité de se garer gratuitement - l'accueil de Stefano, - le frigo avec congélateur, - la possibilité de cuisiner

- la chaleur (avec 38/40° dehors, un simple ventilateur pour 2 pièces et 3 personnes c'était compliqué), - les lits ne sont pas très confortables, - il y a une cafetière mais pas de dosettes de café, pas de micro ondes

Correct, sombre, pas très pratique quand on n'a pas de voiture. Au moins 15/20 min à pied pour tout.

Vraiment pas beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine Nous étions 3 le lit d'appoint était si horrible que nous avons dormi a 3 dans le lit pour 2.

Séjour très agréable

Tout était très bien. L’appartement était très fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La chambre était spacieuse parfait pour la grosse valise. Le quartier très agréable car très peu de bruit autour sauf le passage du train mais qui n’était pas très dérangeant. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Stephano qui nous a donné une super idée de visite à laquelle nous n’aurions jamais pensé. Merci pour cet accueil.

Giusto per 3 notti non di più

Il letto matrimoniale era buono.

Il secondo letto non era preparato e senza lenzuola...È tornato con lenzuola e ho fatto il letto. Due giorni prima avevo mandato un messaggio per dire che ero una madre con il figlio adulto. Il secondo letto non era confortevole. Poca roba: 3 sacchetti di tè per 2 persone e 3 giorni, un fondo di detersivo per lavare i piatti.... Il minimo. Appartamento vecchio mancanza di manutenzione. Ho gestito un appartamento turistico e adesso il mio figlio ha una confortevole casa vacanze, molto attrezzata, meglio non fare paragoni. Anche finestre chiuse si sentono i treni fino alle 00.30 e poi inizia alle 5 del mattino, dunque se avete il sonno leggero meglio evitare.

Alloggio pulitissimo ed accogliente. Di notte si dorme bene in quanto la zona è tranquilla e il letto comodissimo.
