Awesome location with the train station and supermarket a short walk away. The room was spacious and well equipped with the expected facilities, the air con worked very well. It was so easy to walk 5 mins to the train station to explore the cinque terre fishing villages.

Really confortable place to visit Cinque Terre

The location was perfect for us because it's really near the train station and we only stayed in La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre. The apartment was really clean, and fully equipped (we cooked every day) for our short stay and it's really beautiful. Check-in was super easy using the lock box at the front door. The host was very responsive because we sent our documents on the arrival day and we easily call and then sent everything via Whatsapp.

Sound isolation is not very good but we think it's common in Italy because we noticed this in almost every other place we stayed at. Some dishes, but mostly the pans, were a little bit dirty.

Cinque Terre Apartment

Very near La Spezia Centrale train station if you are interested in trekking Cinque Terre. Also a supermarket nearby. Well equipped kitchen with an oven.

No wifi connection during the last days. During the nights I was using a bandana to protect my eyes from strong light caused by a nearby building.

✅ The apartment is situated close to the train station. It is a perfect location if you want to travel to Cinque Terre or somewhere else (5 minutes by walking). ✅ Grocery shop is nearby. ✅ The apartment is very clean.

Great apartment and amazing hosts!

The apartment was in a great location, about 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station and a shop just around the corner. You have the whole apartment to yourself, which is very modern, clean and had everything you would need. Kept in contact with the hosts during our stay over WhatsApp, they were very kind and helpful, explained everything regarding the apartment and gave us some excellent recommendations on places to visit and places to eat. If I ever visit La Spezia again, I will definitely try book this.

Great stay for cinque terre visit

The hosts welcomed us very fast and the check in was easy. Its close to train station and there are plenthy of parking options around. It was well utilated and cozy with everything u need for longer holidays.

Sadly the WiFi was not working properly and was almost not useble. U can hear the trains but are not disturbing tho.

The property is a good home base for exploring the Cinque Terre area.

Excellent location close to the train station; charming rooms; and accommodating hosts who waited for my arrival, pointed out the nearby supermarket, and even gave me an insect repellent because I’m allergic to mosquito bites :-)

I did have to hunt down a mosquito or two because of the open windows upon my arrival, but that’s only because I’m allergic to mosquito bites.

Perfecto y cómodo, ubicación estratégica

Este alojamiento no puede estar mejor ubicado, cerca a la estación de trenes para ir a todos los pueblos, cerca a supermercados y a la calle principal de la Spezia donde encuentras muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es hermoso y está dotado con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable. Es perfecto para conocer CINQUE TERRE.

Lo que se podría mejorar es una buena cafetera. Creo que la tarifa debe incluir las sábanas y no cobrar aparte del valor de la plataforma, personalmente me gusta pagar todo así sea más caro y no pagar y que después vengan otros cobros (ojo el anuncio dice que las sábanas se cobran). Por último recomiendo a penas llegar reportar las anomalías que se encuentren en el apartamento, nosotros por ingenuidad no lo hicimos, es mejor para evitar malos entendidos.

Appartamento sicuramente spazioso con tutte le dotazioni necessarie per 2 persone, ristrutturato di recente, posizionato ottimamente per chi ha la necessità di prendere il treno per le 5 terre. Padrona di casa molto gentile e precisa nel fornire le informazioni.

I cuscini del letto erano un poco alti e duri rispetto alle nostre abitudini
