Very good location, spotless apartment, helpful host.

The location was very good, less than 10 mins walk from the train station (for journeys to Cinque Terre (tip: buy the pass and go very early each day and return in the evenings to avoid the crowds) and beyond to Genoa and Portofino) and buses going to Porto Venere and Lerici. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, the king size bed was very comfortable. There is a cafe/gelataria next door and a fantastic deli and the Coop supermarket are very close by (shuts for lunch). We were very grateful to our host for looking after our bags after check out, on our last day, and for meeting us later on to retrieve them.

An electric kettle, toaster and microwave would have been a bonus but we got used to using the very small grill/oven.

Superb

Owner doesn't speak English nor French but we managed to communicate anyway. :) They were very responsive and were there to provide us with additional covers and pillows on demand. It's a 15 minute walk to the city center. Liked the old school touches like a wash basin from the 1800s and my husband loved the tranquil countryside views around the house.

There was no living room so as a family of 4, we could only congregate around the dining room table. We extended the dining room table and it needed a good wash.

Location was great. The place was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were well decorated with comfortable bed. Host is kind and polite.

The bedrooms didn’t had any AC or fan which can be hard to sleep during peak summer. There was an AC in drawing room which helped during day time. The price was very costly for us .

Le logement est spacieux et confortable, à 10 min de la gare donc très pratique pour la visite des cinque terre. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Muy agusto en familia

Es un piso amplio, muy luminoso, tiene de todo y está muy limpio, cerca de la estación central de tren. Rosella nos recibió y nos dejó unos dulces muy ricos.Cerca del portal hay una pizzería buenísima.

Sensação de estar em casa de família

Lindo demais, amamos o espaço enorme do apartamento. Extremamente limpo. Toque vintage. Perto da estação e a simpatia da Rosella que nos atendeu. Chegamos e tinha cesta de café de manhã, café e muitos mimos.

Wspaniały apartament. Łatwe dojście z dworca. Przepiękne mieszkanie. A najważniejsza właścicielka. Bardzo o nas dbała. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne. My korzystaliśmy z pralki. Z przyjemnością byśmy tam zostali dłużej. Warto zapytać o polecaną restaurację. Spędziliśmy tam cudowny wieczór.

Apartament spatios si curat. Gazda a oferit si cele necesare pentru un mic dejun in stil italian. Dotarile apartamentului corespund nevoilor. Se poate gasi loc parcare gratuit pe strazile invecinate.

Super pour faire les cinque terre en train et les villes environnantes en bus

La proximité de la gare à moins de 10 minutes à pied et les bus a 5 minutes ainsi que le super marché COOP au pied de l'appartement la propreté de l'appartement

Un des 2 lits double à un matelas hors d'usage, nous avons mis le matelas directement au sol pour moins ressentir les creux. Quartier extrêmement bruyant et assez sale, difficulté pour stationner les motos.

Appartamento molto accogliente con tutto ciò che serve, pulitissimo e posizione perfetta vicino alla stazione e al centro di La Spezia. La signora Rossella è gentilissima e molto disponibile. Nulla da dire! Tutto perfetto.

Una casa speciale.

Pulito, cucina attrezzata, spazioso, la posizione eccellente, con tutti servizi in torno, fermata autobus, pizzeria, trattoria, negozio frutta e verdura, Coop. Un appuntamento molto comodo la raccomando.

Unica cosa fastidiosa e stata l'acqua calda, veniva per 2 minuti poi per 5 minuti era freda e così avanti, non și potevano lavare i capelli .Per le persone resistenti al freddo va bene. Raccomando di impostare la centralina per le persone comuni.
