Great value for accommodations!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants and the train station. The check in process was in person and there was a bit of a language barrier; the woman who checked us in spoke no English, but with Google translator it was fine. The price was excellent for the accommodations!

The communication at times was difficult. Everything else was excellent.

Practical if you want relatively easy access to Cinque Terre via train.

It's at a handy 10 minutes walk from the train station. Fully equipped apartment, so you can cook, make coffee, relax on the sofa watching tv, wash clothes, etc. 3 minutes walking from a grocery store. Found parking easy in the street even though it's not guaranteed.

It's not a beautiful or romantic location. I found that the weirdest region I was in my 20 day trip around Italy. Towels were smelly. We had to clean the washing machine before using it. Flushing the toilet splashes water all over your legs - so a bit disgusting.

The property is a few minutes away from the train station, so it was convenient for us to go to the cinque terre villages. The facility was clean and it had a full kitchen, a tv, and a nice bedroom. It even had the ironing equipment which was convenient for longer stays. The owner was nice and waited for us outside the property at 1:00 am when we arrived.

The balcony overlooks a parking so the view isn’t very nice, but we where outdoors during the whole day so we didn’t really use it at all.

Nice town and good apartment.

Big apartment for 2 people equipped with almost everything needed, close to the railway station. They accepted to keep our luggage for 2 more hours after 10:00 at check-out.

WiFi was not good in the first day, but improved from the second.

location - 7 mins walk to station, nicely designed, equipped well, friendly landlord (Danielle and his mother).

no aircon - very hot during summer (July) but they provide 4 fans. no parking but with patience, it is possible to find one nearby.

ok property with possible improvements for quality of host

location was close to train station

no air conditioning in a heat wave is inconvenient. far from the harbor area not easy to find free parking spot host was notified of arrival ( well within published check-in range ) - only 1 hr later was available and shown up even later.. hardly any apologies. our check out was in official range - the landlady shown up 10 min earlier urging us to leave - overall little respect towards the costumer.

Comfortable and quiet space to retreat to after Cinque Terre exploring

This spot was easily one of the best and most comfortable spaces we stayed in during a month in Italy. The space was HUGE for two people, had full kitchen, laundry, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The bread and tea/coffee left was a nice touch. The location is a short walk north of the train station in La Spezia, with a few restaurant options nearby and a grocery store around the corner. Would highly recommend D.E.M.

The only thing we didn't like is that we had to leave after three nights.

Host did not greet left someone else to greet that couldn't speak english Spoke to him on the phone he advised that he come by @10pm, he showed up at 7pm but we were out having dinner. I wrote to him same day but he never replied, we had no toaster,. 2 burners on cook top not working. We had no heat slept iin our jackets due to rain & low temperatures, , We were unableto connect to WiFi, Host never answered my messages in my 4 day stay It cost me 60 euros to buy sim cards for my gramd daughters due to wifi unavailability. Written instructions left by host in the apartment are very poor, unclear & confusing Host finally showed up the morning of our departure to collect the City Tax, our interaction was not a positive one, when I discussed the issues his only interest was to collect the City Tax which I intended to pay anyways, this was never an issue for me. As for the lack of heat he told me & I quote "ITS NOT MY PROBLEM IT"S THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT PROBLEM" and I replied,; my payment was to you and that makes it your problem. Location of the apartment is not In a diserable area and although reviews reflected that it was a grest area close to train station, with a 7 minute walk it is not so. when you're travelling for an extended time it's hard to travel light therefore luggage is a must which makes it impossible to reach it"s destination on foot adding another 25 euros for taxi each way. In 50 years of travel I have never had to submit a bad review but this experience left.no other choice. Very disappointed !!! .

The apartment was very nice and cozy, also clean and perfectly equipped. We arrived a bit late, but our host was nice and waited for us without any problems. Perfect location to enjoy La Spezia and to visit Cinque Terre.

Exceptional

It was honestly one of the best places we stayed, I mean we travel a lot. It was like our own home, every thing we possibly need is there. Tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing machine, etc, the owner was genuinely thoughtful to make the place very comfortable indeed. The decoration was very tasteful.

L'appartement proche de la gare. A 20 minutes à pied du port. Grande rue piétonne pour s'y rendre...avec des magasins et des restaurants. Appartement propre. L'accueil de la maman du propriétaire.

Appartamento in ottime condizioni, molto pulito. Siamo state accolte da un ambiente caldo, gli host sono stati gentilissimi con noi, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Quando torneremo, passeremo sicuramente di qua!

Soluzione perfetta in una posizione strategica

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi la stazione, da cui raggiungere facilmente le Cinque Terre, destinazione principale del nostro soggiorno. Appartamento situato in un grande condominio con ascensore, pulizia impeccabile e presenza di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La signora che ci ha accolto é stata molto gentile, ci ha mostrato tutte le caratteristiche dell’appartamento con estrema disponibilità. Lo stesso vale per il figlio con cui abbiamo mantenuto contatti telefonici per le informazioni tecniche e burocratiche.

Appart fonctionnel idéal pour les sans voiture

Appart vaste, confortable, très propre, bien équipé (sauf grille-pain et cafetière électrique) même avec café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, thé. A 10 minutes à pieds de la gare pour les 5 terres (10 min de train). 5ème étage avec ascenseur. Tout commerce à proximité à pieds. Parkings gratuits. Une dame (habitant l'immeuble) serviable et gentille vous accueille à votre heure annoncée.

Vieille immeuble bruyant de 10 étages dans un quartier très fréquenté, bruyant, avec beaucoup de circulation, en plein centre ville. Déco vieillissante de l'appart. Extrêmement difficile de trouver une place de stationnement (vendredi soir) donc nous n'avons plus bougé la voiture jusqu'à la fin de séjour. FACTURE RÉCLAMÉE NON DÉLIVRÉE par la dame qui nous renvoie vers BOOKING.COM !
