Good positioning, close to train station
Very clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. Close to the train station and very easy to get there. We parked close to the apartment (5 mins by foot). The host was very nice and answered all our questions.
Poor sound proofing, we could hear everything from the apartments above and below. We had ear plugs so it was acceptable for 2 nights.

Excellent Stay in La Spezia!
We had a wonderful experience during our stay in La Spezia! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to start the day right. Everything we needed was available, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to the owner – so helpful and kind, always willing to assist and make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our trip. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay
Margherita is a wonderful host, very nice and friendly. She made this big apartment very clean and comfy. A great kitchen with full equipped. The breakfast is very good. The parking is free on the street and it is easy and not too far to walk from the apartment to the train station. We really appreciated everything that the host provided for us and enjoyed to stay.

Appartamento adorabile, nuovissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Host eccezionale: gentilissima, super disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare la cucina piena di cose buonissime per la colazione (comprese le ottime uova delle due galline)! Soggiorno straordinario!
