We had a very nice stay.

The location was close to the train station, restaurants, and sight seeing boats. Very nice home location to see the towns of the Cinque Terre.

Lovely cozy apartment

I liked the apartment the moment I stepped in. It is very nice and cozy, furnished with a lot of good taste, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short stay, the bathroom is exquisite. Alex, the owner, was a great help, he suggested nice places to go visit or eat. The location is perfect, close to the train station and to the city center. I would 100% recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Cinque Terre! Thank you, Alex!

- modern appartement - airco in bedroom and livingroom - balcony - good location, 10mi´ walk to station - good connection with the host - good hygien - overall recommended and good, but still pricy

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Alex fue un anfitrión excepcional: muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos recibió con un bonito detalle de bienvenida y su trato fue espectacular. El apartamento era precioso, cómodo, limpio y estaba bien equipado; nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, repetiríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

La nostra base di partenza per le cinque terre

La prima recensione riguarda il gestore della struttura, di una grandissima disponibilità ed amicizia. Prima dell'arrivo, quando non si hanno punti di riferimento in una zona che non si è ancora vista mai, hai bisogno di qualcuno che ti sappia dare indicazioni e informazioni. Questo è stato Alex, che pur non avendo incontrato personalmente è come se fosse sempre stato presente via Whatsapp per qualsiasi cosa. Poi la seconda recensione riguarda la struttura; si tratta di un appartamentino di due stanze ricavato da un appartamento più grande. La capienza massima è di quattro posti letto grazie al divano letto presente. Un bilocale che, pur non essendo enorme, riesce ad avere tutto, stanza da letto, bagno, soggiorno, cucina e addirittura un piccolo balcone che può contenere un tavolo per due. La posizione in centro è comoda e ci sono parcheggi anche davanti al palazzo che però sono a pagamento e gratuiti solo la notte. Per lasciare l'auto parcheggiata più a lungo consiglio di lasciarla davanti alla clinica Felicia distante qualche centinaio di metri.

Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht! Küchenutensilien waren alle vorhanden, so dass man sich sogar selber Essen kochen konnte, wenn man denn wollte. Die Kommunikation mit Alex war sehr unkompliziert und wir konnten ihn jederzeit kontaktieren wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Visite des cinq terres

Emplacement top a 5min de la gare Juste au pied de l'immeuble il y a tt petite supérette, un vendeur de pâtes fraîches, des petits biscuits un café où il y a des glaces hummmm L'appartement comporte tt ce qu'il faut les photos sont exactes Alex l'hôte est très serviable et les petites attentions font plaisir Il y a même la climatisation Pour visiter gènes les cinq terres en train cest l'idéal n'hésitez pas!!

Ce n'est pas forcément pour nous un point négatif j'informe les futurs vacanciers L'appartement est dans un immeuble typiquement italien ou vivent les gens cest ce que nous recherchons nous La rue est passante,vivante mais le balcon et la chambre sont sur le côté et de 22h30 6h franchement aucune nuisance

Muy acogedor.

Buena ubicación cercana al tren para llegar a todas las playas (recomiendo el pase por día completo para tomar el tren). Cerca del departamento hay de todo tipo de negocios para comprar lo que sea para comer. Varios lugares de estacionamiento cerca. Pudimos cocinar algo sencillo y ocupar el balcón para tomar algo.

De noche es un poco solitario para ir al centro de la ciudad a pie, pero no es peligroso.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les cinque terres

Tout ! Appartement très bien situé (600 m de la gare centrale, très bien équipé, très propre et climatisé, ce qui est vraiment un plus l’été. Les instructions d’arrivée sont très claires et il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue à côté de l’immeuble. Communication très facile avec l’hôte et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée (bouteille d’eau, café …)

Superbes vacances !!!

Cet appartement est un vrai petit bijou, refait à neuf, moderne, propre, et super bien placé pour prendre le train et visiter les 5 terres (à 10 mn à pied). Petit magasin alimentaire à 2 mn à pied. On peut se garer juste à côté sur un parking ombragé et gratuit qui jouxte une petite pizzeria où vous pouvez manger de superbes pizzas et foccacia !! Nous avons pris le bateau à La Spezia et le centre ville est très joli, n’ hésitez pas à vous y arrêter !! Alex est à l écoute, nous donne de chouettes infos, tout est très bien expliqué pour notre arrivée et Alex nous a laissé des petites attentions qui ont régalé nos papilles !! Merciii Alex !!!

le studio est vraiment très très bien situé si vous voulez visiter le coin. Alex est vraiment une très belle personne très très a l écoute je recommande vraiment . Le fait qu'il parle français est génial ça a permis de pouvoir converser avec lui un grand merci à lui pour tous ses conseils et son chaleureux accueil 😁 je le conseille les yeux fermé 😉

Appartamento molto carino, ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo !

Alloggio pulito, posizionato perfettamente (stazione treni a 5 minuti di camminata rilassata, percorso pianeggiante e parcheggio pubblico senza limiti di orario e senza tariffe a 200 metri di distanza), ristrutturato di recente, accogliente. Alex sempre presente, gentile, ma mai invadente. viaggiavamo in coppia con cane: super consigliato !
