Posizione strategica per andare alle Cinque Terre, stazione vicinissima, il centro di Spezia anche (e merita sicuramente), ottimi ristoranti in zona a portata di tutti (Osteria All'inferno sublime a prezzi modici), parcheggio dalle 20 alle 8.30 gratuito se no c'è poco lontano l'ottimo parcheggio DARMI (prime 12 ore gratuite...basta organizzarsi. Consigliatissimo l'abbonamento TRENO, mai viaggiato così tanto in treno, e sono comodissimi. La struttura è ottima e i gestori (Teresa...) anche di più, ottimamente preparata all'interno (aria condizionata al TOP, in questi giorni poi...), dotata di tutto e anche del superfluo. Salvato nei miei preferiti, grazie.

Labai patogi vieta, traukiniu atvykus 23:00 butą paiekėme per 5 min. Radome viską ko reikėjo, naktį traukinių nesigirdi, parduotuvė šalia. vaikams patiko didelis balkonas :)

Ubicación excelente al lado de la estación central para poder moverte a donde quieras.
Supermercado en la misma calle.
Esta muy cerca de las vías del tren y se escucha mucho.
Que te cobre un extra por usar toallas y sábanas.
