Appartamento retrò-chic in La Spezia

Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, con lo cual es un sitio estratégico para moverse y visitar. El edificio es precioso, que pena que en Italia en general les falta rehabilitación de edificios. El detalle de las botellas de agua ,café y una botella de vino que desgraciadamente no pudimos beber por falta de tiempo, pero es todo un detalle. La señora que nos recibió muy agradable y servicial , nos aconsejo excelentemente.. Relación calidad precio me parece correcta. .

La decoración es muy antigua, a mí hijo le daba miedo. Jejeje, pero es algo mínimo , lo importante es que estaba limpio. La única pega real que le pondría es que le falta un poco de mantenimiento, las ventanas no cerraban ni abrían bien.

We had amazing stay here - we felt so welcomed and taken care of from the check in throughout the whole stay! Apartment is specious, clean and overall very beautiful, the building, the decorations and furniture makes you feel like you are belonging to some royal family - very beautiful. Even in hot weather we were able to air out and cool down the apartment to very cozy temperatures. The balcony is beautiful! The location is very close to train station but no noise, walking distance to great restaurants and groceries as well. I would recommend it to book for longer and shorter stays as well.

Sí muy cómodo y buena ubicación

L'emplacement est excellent et l'appartement est très spacieux. La gare est à 10 minutes donc ultra pratique. Christian notre hôte est tout simplement le meilleur. Il nous a aidé plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Le top !

La Spezia est une ville donc il y a du bruit mais heureusement les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées.
