spacious, comfy, fantastic host and a great place to stay to reach Cinque Terre! highly recommend :)

Host met us at the apartment. showed us the place, gave us advice for the area. provided us with a beautiful bottle of wine and a snack! was so lovely :) the apartment was spacious and the building is beautiful! 8 min walk to the train station so getting to Cinque Terre is super easy to access. There is a cute little market on the corner of the street for fresh fruit, bread and veggies. We would absolutely go back. Also the communication with the host was fantastic!

We had a lovely, tranquil and romantic stay.

We loved our warm welcome by the owner, who greeted us with focaccia and wine! The location of the apartment was also great, being so close to the train station and busses. The whole property itself was beautiful, we would love to stay again!

Such super hosts

Location is a key plus for this apartment. At one end of this main street, lined with orange trees, is the station: at the other end is the port where tourist boats go to the cinque terra and islands. The balconies are great and catch the sun. The hosts are exceptionally helpful with local advice, and a kind welcome, including a bottle of wine, delicious focaccia, and recommendations for restaurants and trips. Being retro the apartment has space for everyone to gather together in the kitchen or around the large table - unlike many small modern flats. We liked this apartment, its owners, La Spezia and the recommended restaurant at the port, il pescatore. If we returned we'd like to stay there.

Would stay here again

The size of the entire apartment, location and cleanliness. I would definately recommend this as a base to the cinque terra. A bus, train of ferry ride to day trips back and forth. Spent 2 days at Porte Venere which our lovely host suggested and we fell in love with.

Great location for visiting La Spezia by foot and Cinque Terre by boat or train.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. We also received a list of recommended restaurants and some tips for visiting Cinque Terre. The apartment is not far from to the train station, which makes it very convenient to visit Cinque Terre by train. The center of La Spezia is a pleasant walk through the city away.

Great place with spacious rooms. Very clean place and incredibly attentious host, always happy to help us with anything. Close to the train station if you plan to go to the terres. All the tools needed for tourists are provided.

Location is excellent, in the centrr, close to the railway station. The apartment is spacious, stylish, the balcony is atmosperic to have the breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening above orange trees. Hosts are super friendly and helpful.

Puiki vieta, netoli centro, netoli centrinės traukinių stoties. Tik apie 400 metrų iki nemokamos automobilių parkavimo aikštelės.

Ypatingų pastebėjimų neturiu, gal tik kiek triukšmingas rajonas. Bet tai tautų ir kultūrų klausimas.

非常棒的一次民俗体验！

房东太太非常热情，虽然语言不通，但是还是很耐心地告诉我们房间设施的使用方法，并且为我们准备了自己烤制的面包。房间是一整套上百年历史的公寓，虽然不奢华，但是很干净和充满生活气息，也很有当地的风情，客厅还有一个漂亮的阳台。还提供了很棒的洗浴用品和润肤露，让我们从五渔村拖着疲惫的身体回来得到了放松。我们早于入住时间，也没有留意booking上房东关于抵达时间的确认，到达后给房东电话刚好收拾好房间，就从楼上下来接我们。

从火车站出来步行15分钟距离，对于拖着行李还略有点远。不过不需要打车也便于自己控制行程时间。房子没有电梯，需要把行李箱扛上楼，还好只是二楼。

Very nice place in Spezia

Am fost întâmpinați de proprietar cu o sticlă de vin și foaccacia. Apartamentul are un aer vintage și boem, specific italian. Zona gării nu mi s-a părut foarte safe seara, dar a fost la îndemâna să fim aproape de gară

Gostitelj nas je pričakal, predal ključe in nas potem pospremil še do brezplačnega parkirišča. Predlagal je še ogled lepih bližnjih krajev (Tellaro, Lerici, San Terenzo, Porto Venere). V stanovanju nas je pričakala steklenica dobrega vina in domača focaccia. Lokacija je blizu železniške postaje (manj kot 10 minut hoje), super izhodišče za ogled Cinque Terre.

Bon séjour malgré le bruit .

Appartement et localisation très bien proche des restaurants et cafés . La gare pour les sentiers des 5 TERRES 10minutes a pieds , bateau a 15 minutes a pieds .

Trop bruyant 1 chambre qui donne sur la rue principale ou les camions relèvent les conteneurs poubelles régulierement + bruits de la rue désagréable pour dormir .

El trato del dueño fue excepcional. Nos hizo un montón de recomendaciones y estaba súper pendiente de nosotros, de qué es lo que podíamos necesitar y Eventos que había por la zona. La casa estaba súper bien amueblada y completa.
