L'emplacement est excellent et l'appartement est très spacieux.
La gare est à 10 minutes donc ultra pratique.
Christian notre hôte est tout simplement le meilleur. Il nous a aidé plusieurs fois pendant le séjour.
Le top !
La Spezia est une ville donc il y a du bruit mais heureusement les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées.

Super beautiful and spacious apartment, located very close to the station. The owner is very sweet and kind and was there to welcome us when we arrived. He had also baked us some pastries and gifted us a wine bottle for our arrival :)
The shower would take some time to drain. I had to stop the shower from running in order for it to not overflow. Probably needs a drainage cleaning.
